«Գործ տալը»՝ հայրենասիրությո՞ւն. «Փաստ»

«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է.

«Ազդարարի մասին» օրենքը «գործ տվողի» տխրահռչակ ինստիտուտին նմանեցնելը նույնն է, թե ձմերուկն ու փիղը փորձենք իրար հետ համեմատել: Եվ երբ դա արվում է երկրի բարձր ամբիոններից, մնում է մի հարց տալ, թե՝ էս որտե՞ղ ենք գտնվում և արդյո՞ք դա է մեր պատգամավորների իրական դեմքը:

Տպավորությունն այնպիսին է, որ նորընտիր պատգամավորներից որոշների մոտ ինչ–որ բան այն չէ: Նրանք մինչ օրս լավ չեն հասկացել, որ պետական պաշտոնը ոչ թե պետության բյուջեն թալանելով հարստանալու համար է, այլ ժողովրդին ծառայելու: Իսկ թալանչու ձեռքը բռնելը ոչ թե «գործ տալ» է, այլ՝ հայրենասիրություն:

Ու եթե նախկին կամ ներկա պաշտոնյաները կարողանում են իրենց պետական աշխատավարձից 10–20 անգամ ավելի շատ գումարներ ծախսել, ապա դա խոսում է ոչ թե այն մասին, որ նրանք 24 ժամի փոխարեն օրական 48 ժամ են աշխատում, այլ որ ոտքից գլուխ թաթախված են կոռուպցիոն շղթայի դրվագների մեջ:

Ավելի զավեշտալի է, երբ 10–20 տարի այս կամ այն պետական պաշտոնը զբաղեցրած անձանց հայտարարագրերն ենք ուսումնասիրում: Սա ոչ թե ուրիշի փողերը հաշվելու, այլ տվյալ անձի հայրենասիրական կերպարը հասկանալու համար է: Այն, ի դեպ, հակադարձ համեմատական է հարստության չափին: Եվ որքան հարուստ է պաշտոնյան, այնքան ավելի շատ թքած ունի իր երկրի, իր հայրենիքի ու իր սեփական ազգի վրա (իհարկե, բացառություններ կան):

Խորհրդային տարիներին, երբ ամեն ինչ Սովետինն էր, իսկ Սովետն էլ ազգային կատեգորիա չէր, ինչ–որ տեղ կարելի էր աչք փակել կաշառքով մարդ «դառնալու» երևույթի վրա: Բայց հիմա երբ բոլորը ազգային է դարձել, սովետական ոգով, ճարպկությամբ ու տրամաբանությամբ բորենիների նման երկիրը հոշոտելով հարստանալը ոչ այլ ինչ է, եթե ոչ ազգային ու պետական դավաճանություն: Հիմա՝ հարց. պետական դավաճանի մասին բարձրաձայնելը «գործ տա՞լ» է, թե՝ չէ:

Կամ որքանո՞վ կարելի է ռեստորանի մենյուի նման ոլորտների «ծառայությունների» համար գներ «սահմանելը», շրջանառության մեջ դնելը, դրանով հարստանալը նորմալ համարել, իսկ նման «ինստիտուտների» դեմ պայքարելը՝ «գործ տալ»: Այս տրամաբանությամբ եթե փորձենք հարցին մոտենալ, ապա պետք է ասենք, որ երկիրը թալանելը, մարդկանց ունեզրկելու հաշվին հարստանալը հայրենասիրություն է, իսկ դրա դեմ պայքարելը՝ դավաճանություն:

Նման կերպ կարող է մտածել մարդը, ում համար պետական պաշտոնը այդ համակարգի «բերք ու բարիքից» ստաբիլ սնվելու և հարստանալու հետ է ասոցացվում, ու եթե նման կերպ է մտածում նաև ազգայնական խորը արմատներ ունեցող կուսակցության պատգամավորը, ապա վստահ կարող ենք ասել՝ «ողբամ զքեզ երկիր իմ հայոց»...
