Փաստաթղթերի ստորագրությունների իսկությունը վավերացնելու համար 30 միլիոն դրամի գանձում. «Փաստ»

«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է.

Ըստ ՀՀ արդարադատության նախարարության ամփոփ տեղեկատվության, 2017 թ. հունվար–մարտին համակարգում վավերացվել է 118 հազար 10 գործ, իսկ գանձված պետական տուրքը կազմել է 120 միլիոն 900 հազար դրամ: Մեկ գործարքի հաշվով գանձված պետական տուրքը կազմել է 1 միլիոն 200 հազար դրամ: Այս մասին տեղեկանում ենք Ազգային վիճակագրական ծառայության պաշտոնական կայքից:

Ըստ այդմ, նախորդ տարվա ընթացքում անշարժ գույքի օտարման պայմանագրերի վավերացման արդյունքում կնքվել է 5 հազարից ավելի գործարք, որից 3725 վերաբերում են բնակելի տների կամ բնակարանների, իսկ 1436–ը՝ հողամասերի օտարմանը: Նշված 5 հազարից ավել գործարքների վավերացման արդյունքում գանձվել է 23 միլիոն 24 հազար դրամ:

Նոտարական ծառայության կողմից անշարժ գույքի վարձակալության պայմանագրերի վավերացման գործարքների թիվը 5 անգամ քիչ է վաճառքի պայմանագրերի թվից, այն կազմել է 1098: Սրա արդյունքում գանձնված գումարը կազմել է 4 միլիոն 399 հազար դրամ:

Եթե վաճառքի պայմանագրերի վավերացման գործարքներում գերակշռում էին բնակարանների գործարքները, ապա վարձակալության պայմանագրերի դեպքում հակառակ պատկերն է՝ այստեղ ավելի շատ են հողամասերի վարձակալությանը վերաբերող գործարքները: Մասնավորապես նոտարական վավերացմամբ վարձակալության է հանձնվել 134 բնակարան և 214 հողամաս: Մնացած 750 գործարքի բնույթը հայտնի չէ, դիմացը գրված է միայն այլ:

Շարժական գույքի վերաբերյալ պայմանագրերի վավերացման արդյունքում կնքվել է 243 գործարք, որի դիմաց գանձվել է 1 միլիոն դրամից մի փոքր ավելի գումար: Սրանից ավտոտրանսպորտային միջոցների օտարման վերաբերյալ գործարքների թիվը եղել է 177:

Ըստ այս նույն վիճակագրության՝ նախորդ տարի վավերացվել է շուրջ 900 կտակ, ավելի ստույգ՝ 882, որի դիմաց քաղաքացիներից գանձվել է ընդհանուր առմամբ 1 միլիոն 774 հազար դրամ: Հետաքրքիր է, որ 2016 թ. ընթացքում փաստաթղթերի պատճենների կամ դրանց քաղվածքների իսկության վավերացման գործերի քանակը եղել է 4 հազար 654, որի համար գանձվել է 2 միլիոն 968 հազար դրամ:

Հատկանշական է, որ նախորդ տարվա նոտարական վավերացմամբ կնքված պայմանագրերից ամենից շատ եկամուտ է բերել փաստաթղթերի վրա եղած ստորագրությունների իսկության վավերացումը, որի «շնորհիվ» պետբյուջե է ուղղվել 31 միլիոն 155 հազար դրամ:

Նախորդ տարի քաղաքացու ողջ լինելու փաստի հաստատման համար նոտարական ծառայություններից է օգտվել 12 մարդ, ովքեր միասին այդ ծառայության համար վճարել են 24 հազար դրամ: Ապացույցների ապահովման հարցով դիմել է ընդամենը 2 քաղաքացի, որի համար յուրաքանչյուրը վճարել է 2 հազարական դրամ:
