Հայաստանն անցնում է Արևմուտքի թևի տակ, Ռուսաստանը պետք է խորը եզրակացություններ անի. Զատուլին

Հայաստանի պաշտպանության նախարարությունում աշխատելու համար ԱՄՆ բանակի ներկայացուցչի նշանակումը Մոսկվայի հետ կապերը խզելու ուղղությամբ պաշտոնական Երևանի կողմից հետևողական քայլ է։ Gazeta.Ru-ի հետ զրույցում նման կարծիք է հայտնել Պետդումայի ԱՊՀ գործերով, եվրասիական ինտեգրման և հայրենակիցների հետ կապերի հանձնաժողովի նախագահի առաջին տեղակալ Կոնստանտին Զատուլինը։

Նա մեկնաբանել է Քաղաքացիական անվտանգության, ժողովրդավարության և մարդու իրավունքների հարցերով ԱՄՆ պետքարտուղարի տեղակալ Ուզրա Զեյայի՝ «Հետք»-ի հետ զրույցում արած հայտարարությունն այն մասին, որ ամերիկյան բանակի ներկայացուցիչ կաշխատի Հայաստանի Պաշտպանության նախարարությունում:

«Այն, ինչ նախկինում գաղտնի էր, այժմ բացահայտ է: Վստահ եմ, որ այս հայտարարությունից առաջ էլ Փաշինյանի կառավարությունը Ռուսաստանի հետ ռազմական համագործակցության հետ կապված ամեն ինչ հայտնել է Արևմուտքում իր նոր գործընկերներին։ Հիմա դա այլևս չեն կարող թաքցնել, և հենց դրա հետ է կապված ՊՆ-ում պաշտոնական ներկայացուցչի հայտնվելը։ Ռուսաստանին սպառնացող վտանգն այն է, որ Փաշինյանի ներկայիս իշխանությունը ակտիվ ջանքեր է գործադրում Հայաստանի քաղաքացիների գիտակցությունը վերափոխելու և նրանց հավատացնելու, որ Արևմուտքը կօգնի իրենց, իսկ Ռուսաստանը իրենց թշնամին է։ Չնայած դա ուղղակիորեն չի ասվում։ Ինչ վերաբերում է ռազմական ոլորտում ամերիկացիների և Արևմուտքի հետ ներկայիս համակարգմանը, ապա այս դավաճանական կուրսի շրջանակում միանգամայն հասկանալի են հետևողական քայլերը՝ խզել կապերը Ռուսաստանի, հետխորհրդային տարածքի հետ և անցնել Արևմուտքի թևի տակ», - ասել է Զատուլինը:

Զատուլինը կարծում է, որ Ռուսաստանը պետք է «խորը եզրակացություններ» անի Հայաստանի որոշման հետ կապված։ Նրա խոսքով, Մոսկվան, օրինակ, կարող է զգուշացնել, որ կդատապարտի Փաշինյանի կառավարության դեմ ցուցարարների ճնշումները։

«Հիմա Հայաստանը գտնվում է խաչմերուկում. չնայած Փաշինյանը պահպանում է խորհրդարանական մեծամասնության հնարավորությունը մինչև 2026 թվականը, մենք գիտենք Հայաստանում բողոքի շարժումների մասին։ Մենք կարող ենք խստորեն զգուշացնել, որ ցուցարարներին ճնշելու ցանկությունը կդատապարտվի մեր կողմից և հետևանքներ կունենա մեր հարաբերություններում», - նշել է քաղաքական գործիչը:

Զատուլինը կարծում է նաև, որ հետագայում Հայաստանի ղեկավարությունը կարող է բարձրացնել ռուսական 102-րդ ռազմաբազայի հարցը։
