Ողբամ զքեզ, հայոց աշխարհ

Երեւանի Հատուկ (ուսանողական) պոլիկլինիկան, որը պատկանում է Հայաստանի առողջապահության նախարարությանը, փակվելու է։ Որոշման նախագիծը ԱՆ-ն արդեն ուղարկել է կառավարություն։ Բուժհաստատության աշխատակիցներն այդ որոշումը կապակցում են առողջապահության նախարար Լեւոն Ալթունյանի բիզնես շահերի հետ, որը քաղաքի կենտրոնում ունի առաջնային բուժծառայություններ մատուցող «Վարդանանց» բուժկենտրոնը։

Դեռ մի սկանդալից մազապուրծ չեղած, ԱՆ Ալթունյանը հայտնվում է հաջորդ սկանդալի կենտրոնում: Հասկանալի է, որ նա նախարար չի դարձել ազգիս առողջությունը փրկելու կամ դրա մասին մտահոգվելու վեհ գաղափարներից ելնելով: Ընդհանրապես, Հայաստանում նախարար չեն դառնում նման նկատառումներով: Ու խոսքն այստեղ միայն առողջապահության ոլորտի մասին չէ: Դա բացառապես տիպական է բոլոր ոլորտներին: Հայաստանում նախարար դառնում են սեփական բիզնես շահերն ապահովելու ու առանց այն էլ հարուստ գրպաններն ավելի հարստացնելու համար: Սակայն այն, ինչ տեղի է ունենում Հայաստանում ու հատկապես առողջապահության ոլորտում, ընդհանրապես մառազմատիկ է: Երբ այդ ոլորտի մեկ այլ կարկառուն ներկայացուցիչ ̀ Դերենիկ Դումանյանը դառնում էր ԵՊԲՀ ռեկտոր, նա այդ բուհ բերեց իր նախկին աշխատավայրի աշխատակիցների մի զգալի մասին ու ընդհանրապես հետաքրքիր չէր, բուհն այդքան ազատ հաստիք ունի, թե ոչ:

Գալով Ալթունյանին, պնդենք, որ նա համարվում է Կարեն Կարապետյանի կադրը: Ուստի, նախագահական որոշ շրջանակների համար հաճո չէ և այս ինֆորմացիոն արտահոսքերը ստանում ենք հենց նրանցից: Բայց սա խնդրի մի կողմն է միայն: Խնդրի մյուս կողմը կայանում է նրանում, որ Հայաստանում, ցանկացած պաշտոնյա, ունենալով վերևների կանաչ լույսը, կարող է մի քանի րոպեում գործազուրկ դարձնել տասնյակ ու հարյուրավոր մարդկանց: Ու սա ամենթողության լավագույն դրսևորումն է: Ուստի, պատմահոր ողբը մնում է արդիական բոլոր ժամանակաների համար:
