Չկայացած նախարարը

Ժուկով-ժամանակով մի թագավորություն կար: Թագավորը Նազար Հազարաջարդ արքան էր: Այդ թագավորությունում երկրորդ դեմքը ̀ Թքակոծման Լուսնափայլ Եռամեծար նախարարն էր: Թագավորությունում կային բազմաթիվ նախարարություններ ̀ Բուրումների, Մորթած անասունների, Բացօթյա արտաքնոցների, Եղջերավոր անասունների (այս մեկը երևի ստեղծել էին դավաճանված նախարար-ամուսինների համար), Հողմերի, Բարի տեղումների… և այլն: Ի՞նչն էր զարմանալի, այդ երկրում, այդքան նախարարությունների շարքում, չկար Առողջապահության նախարարություն: Ինչու՞: Պատասխանեմ: Արեգակնափայլ արքան հատուկ հրովարտակով հրամայել էր, որ բոլորը պետք է լինեն երջանիկ ու առողջ: Ուստի, Արեգակնափայլ տերության մեջ չկային դժբախտներ ու անառողջներ:

Մոռացա ասեմ, որ Արեգակնափայլ տերության մեջ, նախարար դառնալու երեք տարբերակ կար: Առաջին, մարդուն բերում էր գետը ու եթե անգամ, այդ պահին ազատ նախարարություն չկար, ապա նորն էին ստեղծում, նրան նախարար նշանակելու համար: Երկրորդ ̀ նշանակում էր Արեգակնափայլ Նազար Հազարաջարդ արքան և երրորդ, հայտարարվում էր մրցույթ, թափուր պաշտոնի համար: Հավակնորդները մուծում էին հազար Ոսկե Նազարի ու մասնակցում մրցույթին: Առաջին փուլում, նրանք պետք է անցնեին Սողալու կարգը: Դրա համար կար հատուկ մի ճանապարհ, որն անցնում էին չորեքթաթ: Այնուհետ, ողջ մնացածներն անցնում էին Մեղքի ճահիճը: Սա հաղթահարողները մոտենում էին երրորդ փուլին ̀ Փառքի ճանապարհին: Նախապես նրանք հաստացնում էին իրենց փորերի կաշին, որպեսզի կարողանան անցնել փոշոտ ճանապարհը սողալով: Անազնիվներին, ովքեր սողալու ընթացքում փորը կտրում էին գետնից, հեռացնում էին մրցույթից: Հաղթող էր ճանաչվում առաջինը փորձությունները հաղթահարածը: Լինում էին դեպքեր, երբ մրցույթի բոլոր 40 մասնակիցներն էլ չէին հաղթահարում արգելքները: Հայտարարվում էր նոր մրցույթ:

Մեր Սիմոնին բերել էր գետը: Նրան կարգեցին Բոլոր հողմերի նախարար: Մոռացա ասել, որ նորանշանակ նախարարն ուներ սուրբ պարտականություն: Նա պետք է մխիթարեր նախորդ բոլոր նախարարների այրիներին: Մեր Սիմոնը, չգիտեր ի՞նչ հրաման տար, ուստի հրամայեց, որ Հողմերը քշեն կարկտաբեր ամպերը: Սրանով նա վաստակեց Բարի տեղումների նախարարի թշնամանքը: Այստեղ մեր պատմությունը կընդհատենք:

Ասածս ի՞նչ է, ամեն գետի բերածին, նախարար մի նշանակեք: Ու երբ Նազար Հազարաջարդ Արքայի բերանից ծխի քուլաներ էին բարձրանում, բոլորը երկրպագում էին նրան:
