Տեր Կյուրեղ քահանա Տալյան. «Սոդոմ–Գոմորը Հայաստանում դեսպանատուն չպետք է ունենա». «Փաստ»

«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է.

Մայիսի 17–ին ՀՀ–ում Մեծ Բրիտանիայի դեսպանատունը իր դրոշի փոխարեն բարձրացրել էր ԼԳԲՏ հանրության դրոշը: Դեսպանատան կողմից արված այդ քայլը մեծ վրդովմունք և զայրույթ էր առաջացրել հայաստանյան հանրության մեջ: Դեսպանատան քայլը դատապարտող «Հանուն օրենքի» հասարակական շարժումը երեկ բողոքի ակցիա էր կազմակերպել Բրիտանիայի դեսպանատան դիմաց, որին ներկա էին նաև Տեր Կյուրեղ քահանա Տալյանը և հասարակական գործիչ Խաչիկ Ստամբոլցյանը:

«Հանուն օրենքի» հասարակական շարժումը դատապարտելով Մեծ Բրիտանիայի դեսպանատան այդ քայլը՝ պահանջում էր դեսպանի հրապարակային ներողությունը հայ հասարակությունից՝ նրա քրիստոնեական զգացմունքները անտեսելու և պետականության նկատմամբ անհարգալից վերաբերմունք ցուցաբերելու համար: 1961 թ. Վիեննայի կոնվենցիան հստակ սահմանում է դիվանագիտական ներկայացուցչությունների պարտականություններն ու անելիքները: Ըստ շարժման անդամների՝ Բրիտանիայի դեսպանատան արածը չի համապատասխանում այդ կոնվենցիայի կողմից ընդունված ոչ մի սահմանմանը, ավելին՝ այդպիսով ոտնահարվել է մեր երկրի ազգի արժեհամակարգը:

Շարժման համակարգող խմբի անդամ Ծովինար Կոստանյանը «Փաստի» հետ զրույցում նշեց, որ կոնկրետ ԼԳԲՏ հանրությունը ներկայացնող անձանց դեմ իրենք ոչինչ չունեն: Իրենց վրդովվեցրել է այն, որ բրիտանական դեսպանատունը լինելով դիվանագիտական ներկայացուցչություն՝ բացեիբաց իրականացնում է քարոզչություն՝ խախտելով դիվանագիտական էթիկայի կանոնները, այնինչ Բրիտանիայի դեսպանատունը պետք է հանդուրժողականություն ցուցաբերի այն արժեհամակարգին, որի կրողն է հայ հասարակությունը:

Շարժման մեկ այլ անդամ՝ Արման Ղուկասյանն էլ, նշում է, որ թեև իրենց նամակը վերցրեց դեսպանատան ներկայացուցիչը, սակայն վերջինս հրաժարվեց ներկայանալ՝ ինչը ևս մեկ անգամ ընդգծում է դեսպանատան՝ հայ քաղաքացիների նկատմամբ ունեցած արհամարհանքը:

«Նամակը հանձնեցինք, կսպասենք գրավոր պատասխանին: Մի քանի օրից դիմելու ենք նաև արտգործնախարարությանը, որպեսզի սթափ արձագանք տրվի: Այսօրվա՝ դեսպանատան անտարբեր վարքագիծը ևս մեկ անգամ ապացուցեց, որ այն ընդհանրապես չի հարգում Հայաստանի քաղաքացիներին: Դա դիվանագետի պահելաձև չէ, դիվանագիտական էթիկայից դուրս է: Վրդովմունք առաջացրեց ոչ թե այն, որ այդ դրոշն է ծածանվել, այլ այն, որ դիվանագիտության ֆունկցիան քարոզչությունը չէ: Ես չեմ ուզում գնահատական տալ ԼԳԲՏ համայնքի դրոշին, դա ինձ չի վերաբերում: Ուղղակի մենք չենք ուզում, որ դա քարոզվի: Նրանք մեր քրիստոնեական արժեքները չեն հարգում, անարգում են մեր ժողովրդին և մեր պետականությունը, որովհետև իրենք շատ լավ գիտեն մեր հասարակության մեծամասնության կարծիքը նշված երևույթի նկատմամբ»,– նշեց նա:

Ակցիային ներկա գտնվող Խաչիկ Ստամբոլցյանն էլ լրագրողների հետ զրույցում ասաց, որ Հայաստանի արտգործնախարարությունն ըստ Վիեննայի կոնվենցիայի պետք է պահանջի, որ Բրիտանիայի դեսպանը լքի մեր հանրապետության տարածքը. «Էս դեսպանը իրավունք չունի այստեղ մնալու, որովհետև սա մարդկության դեմ կազմակերպված ահավոր ակցիա է»: Տեր Կյուրեղ քահանա Տալյանն էլ միայն մեկ նախադասություն հավելեց. «Սոդոմ–Գոմորը Հայաստանում դեսպանատուն չպետք է ունենա»:
