Եթե Ադրբեջանը ցանկություն ունենա մեր տղաներին վերադարձնելու, ապա այս դատավճիռները չեն կարող լուրջ խանգարող հանգամանք լինել։ Այս մասին Tert.am –ի հետ զրույցում ասաց Աժ պատգամավոր Նաիրա Զոհրաբյանը՝ անդրադառնալով Բաքվում 14 հայ ռազմագերիների դատական գործընթացին։ Նա հիշեցրեց, որ Հայաստանում ցմահ ազատազրկման ենթարկված հանցագործներ վերադարձվեցին Ադրբեջանին պատերազմից հետ։

Նաիրա Զոհրաբյանը  նկատեց, որ Ադրբեջանի ծանր հանցագործությունների դատարանը ընդհուպ արագացված ընթակարգերով է քննում մեր ռազմագերիների հարցը և նրանց  հանդեպ մեղադրանքներ է ներկայացրել՝ 14–20 տարի ազատազրկման պահանջով։

Նա հայտնեց, որ այս օրերին Ստրասբուրգում էր և մեր ռազմագերիների  հարցով տարբեր հանդիպումներ է ունեցել, անգամ քննարկում է ունեցել Ադրբեջանի պատվիարկության ղեկավարի հետ, ով մի քանի անգամ շեշտել է,  որ Հայաստանի հետ երկխոսություն կարող է լինել գերիների հարցով, երբ Հայաստանը ճանաչի Ադրբեջանի տարածքային ամբողջականությունը՝ ներառյալ Արցախի 75 տոկոսը և որ պետք է ամբողջ ականապատ քարտեզները վերադարձվեն։

«Այն ֆարսը, որը հիմա կատարվում է Բաքվի դատարանում, ընդամենը քաղաքական ճնշման գործիք է Հայաստանի վրա։ Ես կարծում եմ, որ այստեղ իր դերակատարությունը ունի միջազգային հանրությունը, և ես բոլոր հանդիպումներում, ելույթներում կոչ եմ արել միջազգային հանրությանը դադարեցնել անատամ հորդորները, բանաձևերը, որոնք, ինչպես իրականությունը ցույց տվեց, որևէ արձագանք, որևէ ազդեցություն Ադրբեջանի վրա չեն ունենում։ Միջազգային կազմակերպությունները ունեն հստակ պատժամիջոցներ՝ սանկցիաներ, որոնք երբ իրենց պետք է լինում, օրինակ` Ռուսաստանի, Բելառուսի դեպքում շատ ակտիվ կիրառում են։ Ես առաջարկել եմ Ալիևի, նրա ընտանիքի և Ադրբեջանի քաղաքաղական էլիտայի եվրոպայում բանկային հաշիվները սառեցնել, առաջարկել եմ կասեցնել ադրբեջանական պատվիրակության լիազորությունները ԵԽԽՎ–ում մինչև վերջին ռամզագերին չվերադառնա»,–ասաց նա և նշեց, որ իր առաջարկին միացել են մի քանի եվրոպացի պատգամավորներ:
