«Ելք դեպի Երկիր ծիրանի». «Փաստ»

«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է.

Երևանի ավագանու ընտրությունների շուրջ ստեղծված իրավիճակը մեղմ ասած տարօրինակ է: Հայաստանյան քաղաքական դաշտի հիմնական դերակատարների հրաժարվելը ընտրապայքարից բերեց նրան, որ Հանրապետական կուսակցության մրցակիցները մնացին Փոտանջյանի «Երկիր Ծիրանին» և Խորհրդարանական ընտրություններում շեմը հաղթահարած «Ելք» դաշինքը: Ինչպես հայտնի դարձավ մամուլի մի շարք հրապարակումներից, «Ելքը» համագործակցության առաջարկներ էր ներկայացրել Զարուհի Փոստանջյանին, որոնք սակայն մերժվել էին:

Ավելի ուշ Փոստանջյանը մամլո ասուլիսներից մեկում նշել էր, թե դեմ է արհեստածին դաշինքներին, այսինքն, ըստ էության, «Ելք» դաշինքին անուղղակիորեն համարելով արհեստածին: Ըստ էության այս տեսանկյունից այնպես չէ, որ Զարուհի Փստանջյանը մեծ հայտնագործություն է արել, քանի որ ընտրությունների նախաշեմին ձևավորվող գրեթե բոլոր կուսակցական դաշինքներն, ըստ էության, պահի խնդիր են լուծում և հիմնականում արհեստածին են, ինչպես բնորոշում է Փոստանջյանը: Ընդ որում պետք է շեշտել նաև, որ այստեղ որևէ դատապարտելի բան չկա, մանավանդ այն դեպքում, եթե այդ դաշինքները կայուն են մնում և չեն պառակտվում: Սակայն որպես կանոն, մենք հաճախ ենք ականատես եղել, թե ինչպես են կարճ ժամանակահատվածում փլուզվել տարատեսակ ընդդիմադիր դաշինքները:

Սակայն վերադառնալով Երևանի ավագանու ընտրություններին, պետք է նշենք, որ Փոստանջյանի նորաստեղծ կուսակցության համար Երևանի ավագանու ընտրությունները բավական հաջող ցատկահարթակ կարող են դառնալ, մյուս կողմից սակայն, Զարուհի Փոստանջյանը հայաստանյան քաղաքական դաշտի ամենահակասական, իսկ հաճախ էլ իռացիոնալ գործիչներից մեկն է, և այս տեսանկյունից դժվար է ասել, թե ինչպիսի արդյունքներ կարող է գրանցել «Երկիր Ծիրանի» «հյութեղ» անվանումով կուսակցությունը:

Ինչ վերաբերում է «Ելքին», ապա այստեղ պետք է նշել, որ որևէ մեկի համար գաղտնիք չէ, որ Հանրապետական կուսակցության միակ ռեալ մրցակիցը կարող էր լինել «Ծառուկյան» դաշինքը, սակայն վերջինիս ընտրություններին չմասնակցելու պարագայում «Ելքը» լավ հնարավորություն է ստանում Երևանի ավագանիում պատկառելի ներկայացվածություն ունենալու համար:

Թե ինչպես կօգտագործվի այդ հնարավորությունը, դժվար է ասել, քանի որ այնուամենայնիվ տեղական ընտրություններում` այդ թվում նաև Երևանի պարագայում, գործում են փոքր–ինչ այլ կանոններ և սկզբունքներ քան համապետական ընտրությունների ժամանակ: Բացի այս, հետընտրական շրջանը բնականաբար իր ազդեցությունն է ունենում ընդհանուր գործընթացների վրա, քանի որ ակնհայտորեն հոգնածության նշաններ են ցույց տալիս և՛ քաղաքական ուժերն ու գործիչները, և՛ հասարակությունն ընդհանրապես:
