Սուրբծննդյան խոհանոցային ավանդույթները Ֆրանսիայում և Իտալիայում

Երկրագնդի շատ անկյուններում Սուրբ Ծնունդը նշում են տարբեր ավանդույթներով: Տոնին հատուկ խոհանոցը նույնքան բազմազան է, որքան այն տոնող մարդիկ: Ստորև ներկայացնում ենք Ֆրանսիայի և Իտալիայի Սուրբծննդյան խոհանոցային ավանդույթները: Նյութը վերցրել ենք «CNN»-ից:

Ֆրանսիա

Ֆրանսիացիների Սուրբծննդյան ընթրիքը սկսվում է դեկտեմբերի 24-ին՝ ժամը 20:00-ի սահմաններում: Առաջին հերթին, նրանք վայելում են ծովամթերքից պատրաստված ուտեստը, որը սովորաբար օմար թերմիդորն է (lobster thermidor)` ջեռոցում պատրաստված օմար՝ մանանեխով, ձվի դեղնուցներով և կոնյակով, կամ շրիմպ սկամպիները (shrimp scampi):

Սեղանին դրվում է նաև աքաղաղ, կարտոֆիլի խյուս, ինչպես նաև կարագով և եղեսպակով տապակած շագանակներ:

Աղանդերը ֆրանսիական Սուրբծննդյան տորթն է: Սովորաբար մատուցվում են երկուսը՝ մեկը շոկոլադով, մյուսը՝ շագանակով: Լավագույն գինին, որը կարող եք ձեռք բերել, բուրգունդին է:

Իտալիա

Սուրբծննդյան նախօրեի ընթրիքի ժամանակ՝ որպես նախուտեստ, մատուցում են ապխտած սաղմոն՝ կարագով կրոստինիով, կամ ապխտած, աղ դրած ձողաձուկ:

Մյուս ուտեստը տորտելլինին է՝ լցոնած մակարոնը հավի և պարմեզան պանրի տաք արգանակում:

Որպես հիմնական ուտեստ՝ հյուսիսի իտալացիները լցոնած հնդկահավ են պատրաստում, մինչդեռ ծովափնյա շրջաններում երբեմն ջեռոցում պատրաստում են տապակած կարտոֆիլով և բանջարեղենով շրջապատված թառ ձուկ:

Սեղանի պարտադիր բաղադրիչը քաղցր հացն է: Իսկ սպումանտե փրփրուն գինին իտալացիների սիրելի խմիչքներից մեկն է, որը հաճախ զարդարում է Սուրբծննդյան սեղանը:
