Ամբողջ գիշեր խուզարկել են՝ 3 անչափահաս երեխաներին սթրեսի ենթարկելով․ «Հրապարակ»

«Հրապարակ» օրաթերթը գրում է․ «Մենք հուլիսի 31-ին լուր էինք հրապարակել, որ ԱԱԾ-ն չի բավարարվել մի քրեական գործով, երկրորդն է սկսել Արթուր Վանեցյանի նկատմամբ։ Հիշեցնենք, առաջինը վերաբերում էր 51-ամյա ԱԱԾ նախկին ծառայողին պաշտոնի նշանակելու փաստին, որով, ըստ ԱԱԾ հաղորդագրության, Վանեցյանը «պաշտոնական լիազորություններն է չարաշահել» եւ որի հետ կապված իրենք ծառայողական քննություն են սկսել։ Սակայն ընթացքում հավանաբար հասկացել էին, որ այս մեղադրանքը հեռանկար չունի, երկրորդին էին ձեռնամուխ եղել՝ իբրեւ թե ԱԱԾ զինանոցում «ապօրինի» զենքեր են հայտնաբերվել, որոնք պատկանում են Վանեցյանին։ Այդ գործով ձերբակալվել էր ԱԱԾ Սպառազինությունների բաժնի պետ Արտակ Թորոսյանը՝ նախկին ազատամարտիկ, 90-ականներին Վազգեն Սարգսյանի կոչով ռազմի դաշտ մեկնած 500 մահապարտներից մեկը, ում մի քանի օր պահել էին մեկուսարանում։ Եւ ճնշումներ գործադրել կնոջ նկատմամբ, որը նույնպես աշխատում է ԱԱԾ-ում, որ համոզի ամուսնուն՝ ցուցմունք տալ Վանեցյանի դեմ։ Երեկ մեզ հետ կապվեց Արտակ Թորոսյանի հարեւաններից մեկը եւ մանրամասներ ներկայացրեց այս գործից։ Նախ, նա մեզ ուրախացրեց, որ մեր հրապարակումներն իրենց դերը խաղացել են եւ Թորոսյանին ազատ են արձակել։ Գուցե՝ նաեւ ԱԱԾ-ում գիտակցել են մեղադրանքի անհեթեթությունը․ ինչպե՞ս կարող է ուժային կառույցի զինանոցում ապօրինի զենք լինել։ Եթե դրանք ԱԱԾ պահեստում են, արդեն նշանակում է ապօրինի չեն եւ որեւէ անձի չեն պատկանում։ Սակայն մեր զրուցակիցը այլ վրդովվեցնող մանրամասներ ներկայացրեց։ Պարզվում է՝ ձերբակալությունից առաջ ԱԱԾ-ն խուզարկության է գնացել իր երկարամյա աշխատակցի՝ Արտակ Թորոսյանի բնակարան։ Հավանաբար, որպեսզի վախի մթնոլորտ ստեղծի եւ նրան հարկադրի ցուցմունք տալ ԱԱԾ նախկին պետի դեմ։ Մի ամբողջ գիշեր ԱԱԾ-ականներն իրենց գործընկերոջ բնակարանում խուզարկություն են իրականացրել։ Իսկ նա երեք անչափահաս երեխաների հայր է, որոնցից երկուսը տասը տարեկան էլ չկան։

Երեխաները սարսափահար են եղել, ծանր սթրես տարել։ Բայց ԱԱԾ տնօրեն Արգիշտի Քյարամյանը որոշել է ամեն գնով իրականացնել շեֆի՝ վարչապետի հանձնարարականը, նյութեր գտնել Արթուր Վանեցյանին մեղադրանք առաջադրելու համար։ Եւ այդ ճանապարհին անգամ չի վախենում, որ Ազգային Անվտանգության ծառայությունում, որտեղ առանց այն էլ 29-ամյա, անհայտ գեներով երիտասարդին վատ են ընդունել, կարող են այլեւս երբեք լուրջ չվերաբերվել։

Ի դեպ, ԱԱԾ-ում երբ հասկացել են, որ Արտակ Թորոսյանը պահանջված ցուցմունքները չի տալիս, սլաքներն ուղղել են ԱԱԾ տնօրենի տնտեսական գծով տեղակալ Արամ Հակոբյանի ուղղությամբ։ Վերջինս ԱԺ նախկին պատգամավոր, «Դիլիջան» գարեջրի գործարանի տնօրեն Հակոբ Հակոբյանի եղբայրն է»։
