Տարին Մարտունու շրջանում կամփոփեն նոր ասֆալտապատ ճանապարհներով. Արցախի նախագահ

Արցախի Հանրապետության նախագահ Արայիկ Հարությունյանը հուլիսի 31-ին աշխատանքային այցով եղել է Մարտունու շրջանում, խորհրդակցություն անցկացրել համայնքների ղեկավարների հետ:

Երկրի ղեկավարը նախ ծանոթացել է Ստեփանակերտ-Մարտունի մայրուղուց դեպի Բերդաշեն համայնք տանող ճանապարհահատվածի ասֆալտապատման աշխատանքներին, հետաքրքրվել շահագործման ժամկետներով: Նախագահ Հարությունյանի խոսքով՝ միջհամայնքային ճանապահների ասֆալտապատումը համայնքների զարգացմանը միտված կառավարության կարևոր ծրագրերից է, և Նախագահի 2020-2025թթ.-ի ծրագրով նախատեսված է Արցախում իրականացնել տարեկան մինչև 80 կմ ասֆալտապատման աշխատանքներ: Մարտունու շրջանում ընթացիկ տարում կսկսվեն Ճարտար-Զորավան, Կարմիր շուկա-Մարտունի մայրուղուց դեպի Հերհեր և դեպի Քերթ համայնքների ասֆալտապատման աշխատանքները, ինչպես նաև կապիտալ կվերանորոգվի հանրապետական նշանակության Կարմիր շուկա–Գիշի ճանապարհահատվածը:

Այցի ընթացքում նախագահ Հարությունյանն այցելել է նաև բանջարաբոստանային ու այգեգործական մի շարք տնտեսություններ, տեղում զրուցել սեփականատերերի հետ, հետաքրքրվել մշակության, իրացման հարցերով, լսել ունեցած խնդիրների մասին:

Շրջանի համայնքների ղեկավարների հետ աշխատանքային ընդլայնված խորհրդակցության ընթացքում Արայիկ Հարությունյանն անդրադարձել է տարածքների համաչափ զարգացման ուղղությամբ պետական քաղաքականության շրջանակում իրականացվող հիմնական ծրագրերին: Այդ համատեքստում նա առանձնացրել է գյուղատնտեսական և քաղաքաշինական ուղղություններն՝ ընդգծելով, որ հատկապես շրջաններում քաղաքացու կյանքը բարելավելու համար հարկ է ստեղծել ինչպես անհրաժեշտ ենթակառուցվածքային, այնպես էլ գյուղատնտեսական ապրանքների արտադրության բարենպաստ միջավայր: Գյուղերում խմելու և ոռոգման ջրի, ներհամայնքային ու միջհամայնքային ճանապարհների սալապատման ու ասֆալտապատման, հողերի ամբողջական ու գրագետ մշակման հարցերը կառավարության առաջնահերթությունների թվում են: Նախագահի խոսքով՝ առաջիկայում գյուղաջակցության պետական ծրագրերում ևս փոփոխություններ են նախատեսվում, որոնք ուղղված են լինելու հասցեականության ու արդյունավետության մակարդակի բարձրացմանը:
