Քանի որ իշխանափոխությունն ըստ էության տեղի է ունեցել, եւ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը, կարելի է ասել, «համարյա» վարչապետ է, եւ քանի որ արդեն իսկ սկսվել է նոր իշխանության հասցեին քծնանքի արշավը, ես ինձ ազատ եմ զգում իմ կարծիքն արտահայտելու՝ հակադրվելով հեղափոխական ռոմանտիկային, որով շնչում է իմ համաքաղաքացիների ճնշող մեծամասնությունը: Լրատվամիջոց ներխուժելը եւ նույն պահին ուղիղ եթեր պահանջելը վատ է, ոստիկանական պատնեշը ուժով ճղելը վատ է, փողոցներ եւ մայրուղիներ փակելը վատ է, անտեղի ազդանշաններ տալը վատ է, արագաչափ փակելը եւ 100-ի վրա քշելը վատ է: Ի դեպ, ինչո՞ւ են հիմա այդպես քշում, տեսնես՝ ո՞ւմ դեմ են պայքարում: Իսկ այդ ամենը վատ է (թեեւ գուցե անխուսափելի) այն պատճառով, որ դրանից հետո առնվազն մի քանի շաբաթ, եթե ոչ մի քանի ամիս է պետք կյանքը բնականոն հուն վերադարձնելու համար, ամենաթողության հոտը հարբեցնում է մարդկանց: Եթե մի քանի ամսից Նիկոլ Փաշինյանն ասի այն, ինչ ես եմ հիմա գրում, մի՛ զարմացեք՝ նա պատասխանատվություն է կրելու պետական կարգի համար: Եթե ոստիկանական գունդը զենքով գրավելու եւ այլ հանցագործություններ, նաեւ սպանություններ կատարելու մեջ մեղադրվող մարդիկ համարվեն քաղբանտարկյալներ ու առանց ամեն մեկի մեղքը քննելու ազատ արձակվեն, ապա դա լուրջ խնդիրներ կստեղծի ցանկացած իշխանության համար: Դա վտանգավոր է պետության համար, որովհետեւ դրախտային պայմաններ Հայաստանի բոլոր քաղաքացիների համար ոչ մի իշխանություն չի ստեղծի, եւ եթե քաղաքացիների մեկ այլ խումբ, արատների դեմ բողոքելով, կրկին փորձի հարցը լուծել «Կալաշնիկով» ավտոմատի միջոցով, «քաղբանտարկյալներ» խաղալը կլինի նախադեպ, որն արդարացնում է զինված քաղաքական պայքարը: (Բոլորովին այլ է Շանթ Հարությունյանի եւ նրա ընկերների դեպքը՝ այն պատիժը, որը նրանք կրում են, խիստ անհամաչափ է այն արարքին, որը նրանք կատարել են, ինչի մասին ես բազմիցս գրել եմ Սերժ Սարգսյանի իշխանության օրոք: Այդ տղաներն իսկապես, իմ կարծիքով, պիտք է անհապաղ ազատ արձակվեն): Սովորաբար, երբ ես նման բաներ էի գրում, մեկնաբանությունը հետեւյալն էր. «ուրեմն դուք ուզում եք, որ ամեն ինչ մնա նո՞ւյնը, որ Սերժ Սարգսյանի իշխանությունը հավե՞րժ լինի»: Հիմա այդ «փաստարկը», մեղմ ասած, տեղին չէ՝ ամեն ինչ արդեն իսկ փոխվել է, Սերժ Սարգսյանի եւ ՀՀԿ-ի իշխանությունն ավարտվել է: Ավելին՝ ժողովրդի ցասումը միանգամայն տեղին էր, պետական համակարգը ոտից գլուխ փտած է եւ չի ծառայում Հայաստանի քաղաքացիների շահերին: Բայց այդ համակարգը ապամոնտաժելը 10 անգամ ավելի դժվար է, քան փողոցային ակցիաներ կազմակերպելը: Իսկ նոր համակարգ ստեղծելը 100 անգամ ավելի դժվար է, քան ապամոնտաժելը: Իսկ այդ դժվարին աշխատանքի հիմքում պետք է լինեն ոչ թե հեղափոխական հույզերը, այլ օրինականության վրա հիմնված սթափ գործելաոճը:
