Ինչպես են աշխատում ԱԺ պատգամավորները. «Փաստ»

«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է.

«Փաստն» այսօր կանդրադառնա ՀԱԿ խմբակցության պատգամավոր Լյուդմիլա Սարգսյանի և ՀՀԿ–ական պատգամավորներ Ռոբերտ Սարգսյանի, Կարեն Սարիբեկյանի ու Սեդրակ (Սեյրան) Սարոյանի «ծավալած գործունեությանը» Ազգային ժողովում:
ՀՀԿ–ական պատգամավորները, ինչպես և մյուս բոլոր ՀՀԿ–ական պատգամավորները, որ մինչ այս անդրադարձել ենք, կողմ քվեարկելու մեծ «ջատագով» են: Սարգսյանը, Սարիբեկյանն ու Սարոյանը հօգուտ օրենսդրական նախաձեռնությունների են քվեարկել 800–ից ավելի անգամներ: Նրանց դեմ քվեարկություններն էլ, բնականաբար, շատ քիչ են եղել՝ 7–9 անգամ անցած հինգ տարիների ընթացքում: Վերջիններս բավական քիչ են բացակայել ԱԺ նիստերից: Ըստ www.parliamentmonitoring.am կայքի՝ 50–70 անգամներ: Միաժամանակ երբևէ ելույթ չեն ունեցել և ոչ էլ հարցուպատասխանի մասնակցել:
Լյուդմիլա Սարգսյանը կողմ է քվեարկել միայն 433 անգամ, իսկ դեմ՝ 101: Նա 150 անգամ բացակայել է ԱԺ նիստերից, բայց միևնույն ժամանակ 21 հարց հնչեցրել ու 16 ելույթ ունեցել: Վերջինս երեք նախաձեռնության համահեղինակ է՝ արտաքին հարաբերությունների և այլ ոլորտների վերաբերյալ: Ըստ 2015 թ. հայտարարագրի՝ դրամական միջոցներ չունի: Նշենք, որ Լյուդմիլա Սարգսյանը, ով «Սոցիալ–դեմոկրատ հնչակյան կուսակցության» անդամ է և խորհրդարան է մտել ՀԱԿ ցուցակով, այս անգամ շատ հավանական է, որ հանդես գա ԲՀԿ ցուցակում: Այս մասին հավանականությունը նա հայտնել էր «Փաստին» տրված հարցազրույցներից մեկում:
ՀՀԿ–ական Ռոբերտ Սարգսյանը նախաձեռնություններ չունի, ինչպես նաև դրամական միջոցներ չունի: Չնայած 2012 թ. նա հայտարարագրել էր 11 միլիոն դրամ: Ի դեպ, վերջինս նախորդ տարի մեծ ռեզոնանս առաջացրած նախագծերից բոլորին էլ կողմ է քվեարկել: Այդպիսիք են եղել 2017 թ. բյուջեն, ԱԺ կանոնակարգը, Կուսակցությունների և «1000 դրամների» մասին օրինագծերը: Կարեն Սարիբեկյանը նույնպես նախաձեռնություններ չունի: Իսկ 2015 թ. հայտարարագրով դրամական միջոցներ էլ չկան: Սեդրակ Սարոյանը միակն է այս երեք ՀՀԿ–ականներից, ով գոնե մեկ նախաձեռնություն է հեղինակել: Ի դեպ այն վերաբերում է պաշտպանության ոլորտին: «Երկրապահ կամավորականի կարգավիճակ» անունը կրող օրինագիծը միասին հեղինակել են Սեդրակ Սարոյանը, Մանվել Գրիգորյանը և Սամվել Ֆարմանյանը: Նշենք, որ Սեդրակ Սարոյանը հայտնի է իր բավական կոպիտ ու ոչ ցենզուրային խոսելաոճով: Հիշեցնենք, որ նախորդ տարի հարցազրույցներից մեկում՝ խոսելով հայկական «Իսկանդերների» մասին, լրագրողի այն հարցին, թե արդյո՞ք դրանք առանց ռուսական կողմի թույլտվության չեն կրակելու և թե դրանք մեզ առանց գումարի են տվել, վերջինս այսպես պատասխանեց՝ «Ա, ինչ ձրի, ձրի սկի կնիկը մարդուն բան չի տա»:
