Ի՞նչ է «Իքս հիվանդությունը» և ինչո՞ւ պետք է դրանից վախենալ

Վերջերս Առողջապահության համաշխարհային կազմակերպությունը խոսել է առայժմ անհայտ հիվանդության հնարավոր համաճարակի մասին, որն անվանել են «Իքս հիվանդություն»:

ԱՀԿ-ն ամեն տարի կազմում է այն հիվանդությունների ցանկը, որոնք հասարակական առողջապահությանը վտանգ են ներկայացնում և լուրջ համաճարակներով են սպառնում: Անցյալ տարիներին այս ցանկերի մեջ էին մտնում այնպիսի հիվանդություններ, ինչպիսին են Էբոլան, Զիկան, Լասսա կամ SARS տենդը (ծանր սուր շնչառական համախտանիշ): Իսկ հիմա ԱՀԿ-ն առաջին անգամ խոսել է առասպելական հիվանդության մասին, որի մասին առայժմ ոչ ոք ոչինչ չգիտի, բայց որը ապագայում կարող է գլոբալ համաճարակ առաջացնել:


Չնայած անվանմանը, «Իքս հիվանդությունը» ոչ մի կապ չունի գերունակություններով օժտված երեխա մուտանտների հետ (Իքս մարդիկ) ֆիլմերի ու կոմիքսների շարքից: Ավելին՝ սա դեռևս ընդամենը հիպոթետիկ վիրուս է, որը կարող է հայտնվել ոչ հեռու ապագայում և համաճարակի պատճառ դառնալ: ԱՀԿ մասնագետների խոսքով՝ այս հեռանկարի ըմբռնումը կարող է օգնել արդեն այսօր պատվաստանյութեր և կանխարգելիչ այլ միջոցներ մշակել, որոնք կօգնեն լիովին զինված դիմավորել նոր հիվանդությունը:

«Պատմությունը ցույց է տալիս, որ հաջորդ բռնկումն ավելի շուտ կապված կլինի հիվանդության հետ, որին նախկինում չենք հանդիպել,- The Telegraph-ի հետ հարցազրույցում ասել է ԱՀԿ գիտական խորհրդական, բժիշկ Ջոն-Արնե Ռոթինգենը: – Մենք ցանկանում ենք, որպեսզի մշակվեն «Միացիր և խաղա» տիպի պլատֆորմներ, որոնք կաշխատեն ցանկացած հիվանդության կամ առավելագույն մեծ թվով հիվանդությունների դեպքում: Մենք համակարգերի կարիք ունենք, որոնք մեզ արագ հակամիջոցներ ձեռնարկելու հնարավորություն կտան»:

Բժիշկ Ռոթինգենի խոսքով՝ ավելի հավանական է, որ Իքս հիվանդությունն առաջացնի ձևափոխված զոոնոզային վիրուսը. վիրուս, որը նախկինում ախտահարել է միայն կենդանիներին, սակայն ձևափոխվելով՝ սովորել է ախտահարել նաև մարդկանց, վատագույնն այն է, որ վաղ թե ուշ, ձևափոխված վիրուսը կսկսի մարդուց մարդուն փոխանցվել, ինչն էլ կբերի հիվանդացության բռնկման: Այսպես եղավ Էբոլայի, սալմոնելայի, ՄԻԱՎ-ի և մի ամբողջ շարք այլ հիվանդությունների դեպքում, որոնք, ինչպես այսօր է համարվում, սկզբնապես զոոնոզային են եղել:

Մասնագետի խոսքով՝ ժամանակակից մարդիկ ապրում են մոլորակի բոլոր անկյուններում, բոլոր էկոհամակարգերում, ինչի հետևանքով շփվում են ավելի մեծ թվով տարբեր կենդանիների հետ, ինչը մեծացնում է նրանցից զոոնոզային հիվանդություններով վարակվելու վտանգը:

Մեկ այլ տեսության համաձայն՝ Իքս հիվանդությունը կարող է հայտնվել լաբորատորիայից. այսօր մեծ թվով հետազոտություններ են կատարվում, և բացառված չէ, որ ինչ-որ մեկի սխալի պատճառով կամ չարամտորեն որևէ այժմ անհայտ վիրուս լաբորատորիայի պատերից դուրս գա:


ԱՀԿ մասնագետների խոսքով՝ երկրագունդն արդեն այսօր պետք է նախապատրաստվի դեռևս անհայտ վիրուսային հիվանդության հաջորդ բռնկմանը, այլապես դրան դիմակայելը գործնականում անհնար է: Ըստ ԱՀԿ-ի՝ երկրների կառավարությունները պետք է սկսեն իրենց առողջապահության համակարգերում ավելի շատ ներդրումներ կատարել, իսկ բժիշկներին և բուժքույրերին արդեն այսօր պետք է սկսել պատրաստել հնարավոր բռնկմանը, քանի որ հենց նրանք են առաջինը տեսնելու այս հիվանդությունը, և հենց նրանք են ունենալու արագ կողմնորոշվելու և դրա տարածումը կասեցնելու հնարավորությունը:
