Վաղարշ Աբրահամյանի հեռախոսն «անհասանելի է». «Փաստ»

«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է.

Պարզվում է, որ բոլորովին էլ երևակայության ժանրից չէ կեղծ ոսկու «գրավադրմամբ» բանկերից գումար շորթելը: Ավելին, հնարավոր է անգամ ոսկու անվան տակ պղնձի և ցինկի համաձուլվածքին 4% էլ ոսկի խառնել, ստացված ձուլակտորը բանկում գրավադրել ու բավականին գումար ստանալ:

Շատերը գիտեն, որ բանկերը սովորական հաճախորդներին մինչև մի քանի կոպեկ վարկ են տալիս, այնքան թուղթ ու երաշխավոր են պահանջում, որ մարդիկ փոշմանում ու կեսից հետ են կանգնում: Բայց զարմանալի է, որ կան դեպքեր, երբ նույնիսկ առանց ոսկու ձուլակտորի, առանց ձուլակտորի հարգը ստուգելու բանկերի աշխատողները կարող են 5000 դոլարից ավել գումար տալ «հաճախորդին» ու ամենևին էլ չմտահոգվել ձևակերպված վարկի ճակատագրի մասին:

Օրերս ՀՀ դատախազության լրատվական ծառայությունը կեղծ ոսկու գրավադրմամբ բանկից գումար շորթելու դեպքի բացահայտման մասին հաղորդագրություն էր տարածել: Ավելին, նշել էր, որ գումարի՝ այդ եղանակով շորթմամբ մի ամբողջ հանցավոր խումբ է գործում: Իսկ տաղավարը, որտեղից տրամադրվում են նման ձուլակտորները, գտնվում է «Վաղարշ և որդիներ կոնցեռն» ՍՊԸ–ի տարածքում տեղակայված Ա. և Ա. Թաթոսյան եղբայրներին պատկանող տարածքում:

«Փաստ»–ը փորձեց կապ հաստատել ՍՊԸ–ի սեփականատիրոջ՝ Վաղարշ Աբրահամյանի հետ, պարզելու համար, թե ինքը, որպես բիզնեսի կազմակերպիչ, տեղյա՞կ է, թե իրեն պատկանող ընկերության տարածքում գործող տաղավարների վարձակալներն ինչով են զբաղվում, սակայն մեր զրուցակիցն առանց լսելու, թե խոսքն ինչի մասին է, ասաց, որ հեռախոսահամարը Վ. Աբրահամյանինը չէ, որից հետո հեռախոսահամարը դարձավ անհասանելի:

Չի բացառվում, որ սեփականատերն իսկապես տեղյակ չլինի, թե ինչ է կատարվում իր տարածքներում, բայց դա ամենևին էլ նրան չի ազատում պատասխանատվությունից, քանի որ բիզնեսի կազմակերպումը միայն կեղտոտ, անմարդկային պայմաններով, առանց օդափոխության համակարգերի տաղավարներ սարքելն ու աստղաբաշխական գումարներով վարձով տալը չէ: Հարկավոր է նաև վերահսկողություն իրականացնել, որ եթե անգամ հանցավոր մտահղացումներ ծնվեն, հենց տեղում կանխվեն:
