Արժեքավորը՝ չակերտներում. «Փաստ»

«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է.

Օրերս տեղեկատվություն տարածվեց, որ փետրվարի 20–ին Մեսրոպ Մաշտոցի անվան Մատենադարանի գիտական մասնաշենքից արժեքավոր ափսեներ են գողացել: Ըստ տեղեկատվության, դեպքը տեղի է ունեցել միջոցառման ժամանակ:

Մատենադարանի աշխատակազմից փորձեցինք հարցի շուրջ պարզաբանում ստանալ՝ մասնավորապես պարզել, թե ի՞նչ արժեքավոր ափսեների մասին է խոսքը:

Մատենադարանի տնտեսական գծով փոխտնօրեն Արմեն Մկրտչյանը «Փաստ»–ի հետ զրույցում նշեց, որ նշված օրը «Դադիվանք» գրքի շնորհանդեսն է եղել: Կազմակերպիչները դիմել են և շնորհանդեսի համար Մատենադարանի գիտական մասնաշենքից տարածք է հատկացվել:

«Գրքի շնորհանդես է եղել, որին մարդիկ են մասնակցել: Նաև «ֆուրշետ» է եղել, որտեղից էլ այդ երկու ափսեներն անհետացել են: Կազմակերպիչը մոտեցավ մեզ ու հայտնեց, որ երկու ափսե է պակասում, որը մեծ արժեք ունի: Իսկ մենք ափսեները չէինք կարող գտնել: Անգամ տեսախցիկների միջոցով դա հնարավոր չէր, քանի որ մարդիկ շատ էին: Այնուամենայնիվ, այսօր մի կին բերել ու հանձնել է ափսեները: Ասել է, որ «ֆուրշետից» է մնացել իր մոտ և խնդրել, որ վերցնենք: Հանձնել է մեր աշխատակիցներից մեկին ու դուրս գնացել: Հետո, երբ ինձ ասացին, որ ափսեները բերել են, ուզում էինք տեսնել, թե ով էր, բայց չկարողացանք, արդեն գնացել էր այդ կինը»,– պատմեց Արմեն Մկրտչյանը:

Նա հայտնեց, որ ափսեները տվել են ոստիկանությանը, որպեսզի ոստիկանությունը պարզի, թանկարժե՞ք է, թե ոչ: Այնուամենայնիվ, մեր զրուցակիցը խնդրեց առայժմ «արժեքավոր» ասվածը չակերտներում օգտագործել:

Մատենադարանի տնտեսական գծով փոխտնօրենը նկատեց՝ այնպես է ներկայացվել, կարծես խոսքը Մատենադարանի ժառանգության կամ գույքի մասին է. «Թող թյուրիմացություն չլինի՝ դրանք Մատենադարանի գույք չեն: Երբ կարդում եմ տեղեկատվությունը, հասկանում եմ, որ ընթերցողի մոտ կարող է տպավորություն ստեղծվել, թե խոսքը հենց Մատենադարանի գույքի մասին է: Մենք ոչ մի առնչություն չունենք այդ ամենի հետ: Ուղղակի տարածք ենք հատկացրել միջոցառում անցկացնելու համար ու վերջ: Մենք պատասխանատու չենք: Հիմա եթե բաժակ կոտրվեր, մենք պատասխա՞ն էինք տալու: Նույնն ափսեի դեպքում է: Եթե այն գողացած չլինեին, այլ, օրինակ, ջարդվեր, մենք պատասխա՞ն էինք տալու: Իհարկե՝ ոչ»:

Արմեն Մկրտչյանը շեշտեց, որ Մատենադարանից անգամ մի գրիչ չեն կարող տանել այնպես, որ ոչ ոք չիմանա:

«Անհնար է այստեղից ինչ–որ բան տանել: Մեզ մոտ ամեն ինչ հսկողության տակ է: Հսկվում է թե՛ ոստիկանների, թե՛ տեսախցիկների և թե՛ համապատասխան մարդկանց կողմից: Այստեղ անգամ նման մեկ դեպք չի արձանագրվել: Բացի այդ՝ եթե արժեքավոր ինչ–որ գույք է, «ֆուրշետի» կազմակերպիչը նախ պետք է համաձայնեցներ կազմակերպչի հետ, իսկ Մատենադարան բերելուց առաջ անպայման գրավոր մեզ տեղեկացներ այդ մասին: Հնարավոր չէ ինչ–որ թանկարժեք բան լինի: Իսկ եթե թանկարժեք լիներ, ինքներդ ձեզ վրա վերցրեք, այդ ապրանքից այն կողմ կգնայի՞ք»,– եզրափակեց մեր զրուցակիցը:
