25 միլիոն դրամ ՃՈ–ի ավտոմեքենաների սարքավորումները փոխելու համար. «Փաստ»

«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է.

Ճանապարհային ոստիկանության ավտոմեքենաների վրա տեղադրված էլեկտրասարքավորումների վերանորոգման ծառայությունները բյուջեի վրա արժեցել են ավելի քան 25 միլիոն դրամ: Այս մասին տեղեկանում ենք կառավարության՝ Մեկ անձից կատարվող գնումներ բաժնից:

Մասնավորապես, Ոստիկանությունը, ի դեմս պետի տեղակալ, ոստիկանության գեներալ–մայոր Անուբախ Համբարյանի և «Ալիկանտե» ՍՊԸ–ն, ի դեմս ընկերության տնօրեն Ա. Բաբինյանի, պայմանագիր են կնքել:

Ընկերությունը ստանձնել է ՃՈ ավտոմեքենաների վրա տեղադրված էլեկտրական սարքավորումների վերանորոգման ծառայություններ մատուցել: Պայմանագրի ժամկետի ավարտ է սահմանվել դեկտեմբերի 20–ը, մինչ այդ ոստիկանությունը այս ընկերությանը պիտի վճարի 25 միլիոն 3 հազար 900 դրամ:

Ըստ պայմանագրի՝ գնման առարկա է հանդիսանում Ճանապարհային ոստիկանությանը պատկանող պարեկային ծառայություն և հատուկ ուղեկցումներ իրականացնող, ինչպես նաև ծառայողական և հետաքննչական ավտոմոբիլների վրա տեղադրված TBD–GA տիպի լուսաձայնային սարքավորումների, Քենվուդ TK2306–7106, Motorola GM340 ռադիոկայանների տեխնիկական սպասարկման և վերանորոգման ծառայությունների մատուցումը: Պայմանագրի պարտադիր պայման է հանդիսանում այն, որ օգտագործվող պահեստամասերը պետք է լինեն համապատասխան ֆիրմայի արտադրության կամ համարժեք տիպի անպայմանորեն չօգտագործված:

Ըստ պայմանագրի՝ կգնվի թվով 25 լուսաձայնային ազդանշանային սարք, որից յուրաքանչյուրի արժեքը 390 հազար դրամ, իսկ ամբողջ գումարը կկազմի 9 միլիոն 750 հազար դրամ:

Սարքերը կկշռեն 13 կգ, իսկ դրանց համար տրված երաշխիքն էլ կլինի մեկ տարի: Բացի այս, սարքի տեխնիկական բնութագրում նշված է, որ այն կունենա երկկողմանի լուսարձակում՝ առջևից և հետևից, լուսային ռեժիմի կառավարումը հեռակառավարվող վահանակի օգնությամբ կկատարվի՝ ձայնաազդանշանային համակարգի միջոցով:

Պայմանագրի պայմաններից է նաև այն, որ վերանորոգումն իրականացնող ընկերությունը պետք է ունենա անհրաժեշտ աշխատանքային ռեսուրսներ՝ առնվազն երեք մասնագետ աշխատողներ տեխնիկական կրթությամբ, առնվազն կայանատեղով տարածք կամ ավտոտնակ, համապատասխան սարքեր՝ լյուքսմետր, օսցիլոգրաֆ, աղմկաչափ, մուլտիմետր, հաճախականաչափ, ռադիոալիքների վերլուծիչ, որոնք ստուգաչափված լինեն Չափագիտական ազգային ինստիտուտի կողմից:
