Չվախենալ բարոյական ընտրության առաջ դնելուց. Վահե Հովհաննիսյան

Ալիևը, ցմահ ազատազրկման դատավճիռների համար, օրացուցային բոլոր օրերից դիտմամբ ընտրեց «Զայեդի» ստացման հաջորդ օրը։ Մեկ պարզ պատճառով, որ ստորացնի հայ ժողովրդին։
 
Նախօրեին տեսախցիկների առաջ տեղի ունեցավ պատվիրակության ստորացման հրապարակային ակտը, երբ Հայաստանի պատվիրակությունը խոնարհման գնաց Ալիևին, որն անշարժ-անթարթ իշխում էր միջավայրում։
 
Ոչինչ չէր խանգարում Նիկոլին մրցանակը ստանալիս ասել. «շնորհակալություն, բայց ես չեմ կարող սա լիարժեքորեն ընդունել, որովհետև Բաքվի բանտերում պահվում են իմ հայրենակիցները»։ Ոչինչ չէր խանգարում ասել, որ սա լիարժեք խաղաղություն և լիարժեք մրցանակ չէ, քանի դեռ նույն պահին քանդվում են հայկական եկեղեցիները, քաղաքները, գյուղերը, քանի դեռ հարյուր հազարավոր հայեր զրկված են իրենց հարազատների գերեզմաններ այցելելու, իրենց տունը մտնելու իրավունքից։
 
Ո´չ միջազգային իրավունքն էր արգելում, ոչ՝ միջազգային էթիկետը։ «Արգելում էր» մեկ բան՝ Հայաստանում բարոյականության հոգեվարքը, Հայաստանում ներքին ճնշման բացակայությունը։
Առաջիկա ընտրություններին բարոյական բաղադրիչը պետք է գերիշխի։ Հանկարծ չմտածենք, թե միայն սոցիալական ու տնտեսական խոստումներով կարողանալու ենք հասարակական տրամադրություններում խոշոր բեկում մտցնել։
 
Պետք չէ վախենալ, պետք չէ խուսափել՝ հայ ընտրողին, բոլոր ընտրազանգվածներին բարոյական ընտրության առաջ դնելուց։ Ստիպենք վիրավորվել, ստիպենք նեղվել, ստիպենք չվախենալ՝ ընդունելուց, որ մեզ ստորացնում են։ Հենց այս՝ բարոյականության բաղադրիչով է հնարավոր բեկում մտցնել 60 տոկոս անտարբերների, չկողմնորոշվածների վճռորոշ ընտրազանգվածում։ Ավելին, նույնիսկ «680 հազարից» մնացած անորոշ ընտրազանգվածում է պետք դա անել։ Բագրատ Սրբազանն ասում է. տաճարը կհաղթի փողոցին, հոգևոր Հայաստանը կհաղթի իրական-կեղծ Հայաստանին։
 
Սա իրական Հայաստան չէ, ինչքան էլ անդադար հնչի լոզունգը։ Սա իսկական կեղծ Հայաստան է, որտեղ մեզ ստորացնում են՝ ցուցադրաբար, ցինիկորեն, իսկ մենք ձևացնում ենք, թե չենք տեսնում, չենք նկատում, չենք ստորանում։
 
Սոցիալական, տնտեսական ծրագրերով կարելի է փոխել սեգմենտար տրամադրություններ, բայց հանրային տրամադրությունների զանգվածային (բեկումնային) փոփոխություն հնարավոր է բացառապես ոչ նյութական գաղափարներով։ Գուցե ընտրողների որոշ մասն իրոք «ըստ սառնարանի պարունակության» է քվեարկում, բայց դա ընդդիմադիր քաղաքական-հանրային ուժերի համար արդարացում չէ։ Հակառակը, դա լավ մարտահրավեր է՝ դեպի հանրության բոլոր շերտեր գաղափարական այնպիսի միջանցքներ ստեղծելու, որոնք կարողանան նույնիսկ «սառնարանով ընտրողին» դուրս բերել այլ հարթություն։
 
Հետպատերազմյան խեղճությունը մեզ իրոք սազական չէ, իսկ դրա համար պետք է ցույց տալ խեղճության իրական աղբյուրը, որը սառնարաններից դուրս է։ Ընտրողի հանդեպ հարգանքը պիտի թելադրի՝ բարձրացնել ընտրողին մի քանի հորիզոնական ավելի վեր, որտեղից գործող իշխանությունները նրան անվերջ փորձում են ցած հրել՝ վերածելով «լավ ուտող-լավ ապրող» կաթնասունի։ Կարևոր է, որ հակաիշխանական համակարգերն ունենան այս ամենի խորքային ընկալումը։
