Հարցն այսքան չէր սրվի, եթե Վիգեն Սարգսյանն իր «ծառայության» տարիները մանրահատակի վրա մաշած չլիներ. «Փաստ»

«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է.

Ամեն հարց ծայրահեղացնելն ու դրա շուրջ աղմուկ բարձրացնելը մի տեսակ նմանվել է հիվանդության: Եվ անկեղծ ասած հասկանալի չէ, թե ինչու են ուսանողներն անպայման ցանկանում, որ գիտությամբ զբաղվողները ստանան տարկետման իրավունք: Գիտությունից չզրկվելու համա՞ր: Շատ լավ, բայց հետաքրքիր է, թե վերջին 20 տարիներին այդ արտոնությունից օգտվող ու այսպես ասած գիտության ճանապարհով գնացած երիտասարդ գիտնականները քանի դարակազմիկ գիտական հայտնագործություն են կատարել, հանրությանը հուզող քանի՞ հարցի պատասխան են գտել, որը պատերազմող երկրի հոգսը կթեթևացներ:

Ցավոք, նման վիճակագրություն չկա: Այսինքն, փաստացի հնարավոր չէ կոնկրետ թվերով ու փաստերով ցույց տալ տարկետման իրավունքից օգտվողների կողմից պետությանը տված օգուտի չափը: Փոխարենը կարելի է անվերջ թվարկել այն անձանց անունները, ովքեր վերջում կա՛մ հայտնվել են կառավարության սպասարկման «ոլորտում» , կա՛մ երկիրն են լքել, քանի որ նորմալ գիտնականներն այլ երկրներում բավականին արժանապատիվ աշխատավարձ են ստանում, քան Հայաստանում:

Ստացվում է, որ երկու դեպքում էլ, տարկետման իրավունքը ծառայեցվում է ոչ թե երկրի շահերի, այլ անձի կարիերայի համար: Այսինքն, այն բացի սեփական անձին ծառայեցնելուց ու սեփական գրպանից, որևէ լուրջ օգուտ չի բերում ոչ երկրին, ոչ էլ երկրի գիտությանը: Սա փաստ է, սրա մասին գիտեն բոլորը, բայց մյուս կողմից հարցն այսքան հնչեղություն չէր ստանա, եթե Վիգեն Սարգսյանն իր «ծառայության» տարիները մաշած լիներ ոչ թե մանրահատակի վրա, այլ առաջնագծի խրամատներում:

Այն, որ բոլորը պետք է հավասար լինեն պետության հանդեպ և իրենց պարտքը կատարեն՝ երկու կարծիք լինել չի կարող, բայց հանուն անկեղծության նշենք, որ նրանք, ովքեր ժամանակին կարողացել են վարպետորեն օգտվել այդ օրենքից ու հիմա այլ շեշտադրումներով են նույն խնդրին մոտենում ու այն ներկայացնում, մի տեսակ ազնիվ չէ:

Ազնիվ կլիներ, որ թե օրինակ գիտությանը «մատուցած» ծառայություններն ավարտելուց ու կուսակցական աստիճանավանդակի օգնությամբ ու շնորհիվ բավականին հաջող կարիերա իրականցնելուց հետո ներկայի պետական գործիչները վայր դնեին իրենց մանդատներն ու պաշտոնները և հայտարարեին, որ հայրենիքի հանդեպ չկատարած իրենց պարտքը վերադարձնելու համար երկու տարով դադարեցնում են կարիերան, մեկնում են առաջնագիծ՝ երկրի սահմանները պաշտպանելու:

Համոզված եմ, որ այդ դեպքում ո՛չ ուսանողները կբողոքեն, ո՛չ էլ այն մարդիկ, ովքեր պատրաստ են ամենաանհավանական ձևերով իրենց երեխաներին «փրկել» բանակում ծառայելուց: Այդ դեպքում բոլորն իսկապես կհամոզվեին, որ երկիրը ոչ թե մսխելու, այլ պաշտպանելու համար է, իսկ պոպուլիզմով զբաղվելը՝ ամոթալի արարք:
