- Մայրիկ, աղջիկն, ում սիրում եմ, խոստովանեց, որ վաղուց կույս չէ:

- Դա կարևոր չէ, տղաս, -ասացի ես, -գլխավորն այն է, որ դուք իրար սիրում եք: Հաճախ, աղջիկներն ոչ իրենց մեղքով են զրկվում կուսությունից:
Եվ հիշեցի իմ պատմությունը:

Մինչ նա ջուրը բերեց, ես հասցրեցի աքլորի մյուս սիրտն էլ ճզմել՝արյունը քսելով սպիտակ սավանին: Ջուրը խմելուց հետո, մենք շարունակեցինք կիսատ թողած գործը: Ողջ գիշեր նա անհուն սիրով տիրեց ինձ:

Տարիներն աննկատ անցան: Ես մոռացա իմ անցյալն ու ապրեցի նորմալ կյանքով: Ծնվեցին իմ երեխաները, որոնցից մեկն էլ արդեն պատրաստվում է ամուսնանալ:
