Այնուամենայնիվ գիտակցում է Արցախի հանձնման հարցում իր աններելի մեղքերը: Երևում է, որ իրեն հանգիստ չի տալիս դա:
 
ՀՀ նախագահների կառավարման յուրաքանչյուր ժամանակահատված ուներ իր առանձնահատկությունը՝ պայմանավորված ներքին և արտաքին գործոններով:
 
Սերժ Սարգսյանն ուներ իր լուծումը, որը ենթադրում էր հայկական Արցախ՝ Ադրբեջանի կազմից դուրս:
 
Ռոբերտ Քոչարյանն ուներ իր լուծումը, որը ենթադրում էր հայկական Արցախ՝ Ադրբեջանի կազմից դուրս:
 
Լևոն Տեր Պետրոսյանն ուներ իր լուծումը, որը ենթադրում էր հայկական Արցախ՝ Ադրբեջանի կազմից դուրս:

Նիկոլի այսօրվա մանկամիտ հարցադումը, թե «ինչո՞ւ չեք լուծել ղարաբաղի հարցը» վկայում է այն մասին, որ նա ընկալում է իր դավադրության անհաղթահարելի լինելը: Նա ստիպված է ապրել այդ ծանր մեղքով և գիտակցում է դա:
 
2019թ. նա ունեցել է հնարավորություն արցախյան հարցը լուծել այնպես, որ Արցախն ամբողջությամբ լիներ հայկական և Ադրբեջանից դուրս: Բա ինչի՞ չի լուծել հարցը, և ու՞ր է իրեն փոխանցված Արցախի Հանրապետությունը:
 
Հիմա արդեն բոլոր գիտակից մարդիկ հասկանում են, որ 2018թ. իշխանազավթումն ուներ երկու նպատակ. Արցախը հանձնել Արդբեջանին, իսկ Հայաստանը դնել թուրքական ազդեցության տակ:
