Խոզի լյարդի փոխպատվաստում ստացած տղամարդն ապրել է 171 օր

Չինացի բժիշկները գենետիկորեն մոդիֆիկացված խոզի լյարդ են փոխպատվաստել 71-ամյա տղամարդու, որը վիրահատությունից հետո ապրել է 171 օր, որից 38-ը՝ խոզի օրգանը տեղում, հաղորդում է CNN-ը։

Մասնագետները նշում են, որ սա լյարդի քսենոտրանսպլանտացիայի (կենդանի բջիջների, հյուսվածքների կամ օրգանների փոխպատվաստումը մի տեսակի օրգանիզմից մեկ այլ տեսակի օրգանիզմի) առաջին գրանցված դեպքն է։

Ի տարբերություն սրտի և երիկամների, որոնք ունեն ավելի նեղ գործառույթներ, լյարդը խոզի օրգանով փոխարինելն ավելի բարդ է, քանի որ այն մեծ է և ունի կրկնակի արյան մատակարարում և բազմաթիվ գործառույթներ։

Առողջապահության համաշխարհային կազմակերպության տվյալներով՝ ամեն տարի հազարավոր մարդիկ են մահանում լյարդի փոխպատվաստման սպասելիս։

Տղամարդը հոսպիտալացվել էր B հեպատիտով  և լյարդի ցիռոզով: Նա նաև մեծ ուռուցք ուներ լյարդի աջ բլթում, սակայն ուռուցքը մեծ կոնցենտրացիայով քիմիաթերապիայի միջոցով փոքրացնելու ջանքերը անհաջող էին:

Բժիշկները նշել են, որ վիրահատությունից հետո առաջին ամսվա ընթացքում փոխպատվաստումը զարմանալիորեն լավ արդյունքներ էր ցուցաբերում։ Լյարդն արտադրում էր լեղի և արյան մակարդման համար կարևոր սպիտակուցներ։

Սակայն սկսել են բարդություններ առաջանալ փոխպատվաստման 38-րդ օրը, երբ բուժառուի մոտ զարգացել է քսենոտրանսպլանտացիայի հետ կապված թրոմբոտիկ միկրոանգիոպաթիա կոչվող լուրջ հիվանդություն, որը կապված է իմունային ռեակցիաների և արյան անոթների վնասման հետ։

Բժիշկները սկզբում կարողացել են կառավարել վիճակը, սակայն տղամարդու 135-րդ օրը տղամարդու մոտ սկսվել է վերին ստամոքս-աղիքային արյունահոսություն, որից նա մահացել է՝ փոխպատվաստումից 171 օր անց։
