Վաղարշապատում ՔՊ-ի թեկնածուն Մեխակյանն է

Երեկ տեղի է ունեցել «Քաղաքացիական պայմանագիր» կուսակցության Վարչության նիստ, որը վարել է Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը։ Կուսակցության տարածած կարճ հաղորդագրության մեջ ասվում է, թե հաստատվել է Վաղարշապատի ՏԻՄ ընտրություններում «Քաղաքացիական պայմանագիր» կուսակցության ընտրական ցուցակը։ Քննարկվել են նաև կուսակցական բնույթի հարցեր։

Ավելի ուշ ՏԿԵ նախարար Դավիթ Խուդաթյանը հայտնեց, որ ցուցակը գլխավորում է Վաղարշապատ համայնքի ղեկավարի ժամանակավոր պաշտոնակատար Արգիշտի Մեխակյանը։ Ցուցակի մյուս անդամների անունները դեռ չեն հաղորդվում, ըստ ամենայնի, դրանք հայտնի կդառնան հոկտեմբերի 17-ից հետո, երբ ԸԸՀ-ն կավարտի առաջադրված կուսակցությունների և դաշինքների գրանցման գործընթացը։ Թեպետ մամուլում լուրեր էին շրջանառվում, որ ՔՊ-ն կարող է մտքափոխ լինել և փոխարինել բավական թույլ Մեխակյանին, բայց և այժմ որոշում են կայացրել նրա հետ գնալ ընտրության։

Մեխակյանին երեկ Հանրային հեռուստատեսություն էին հրավիրել, որտեղ Պետրոս Ղազարյանն ուղղորդում էր, թե ինչ խոսի, ինչպես «բմբլի» ընդդիմությանը։

Վաղարշապատում և, հատկապես, Խոյ համայնքում ծանր են տանում, որ լեգենդար ազատամարտիկի որդին ուրացել է հոր՝ Մեխակ Մեխակյանի արածն ու հանուն պաշտոնի վերածվել Փաշինյանի խամաճիկի։

Ըստ էության, ՔՊ-ին լուրջ հիասթափություն և պարտություն է սպասվում, եթե վարչական, ֆինանսական ու քրեական ռեսուրսները մինչև վերջ «չքոքեն»։ Իսկ ընդդիմությունը ռեալ շանս ունի իրավիճակ փոխելու Վաղարշապատում և դնելու Փաշինյանի պաշտոնազրկման հիմքերը։
