Բանտ՝ կրկնակի փակ ռեժիմով. Վալոդյա Գրիգորյանի սպանության կասկածյալները մեկուսացված են. «Ժողովուրդ»

«Ժողովուրդ» օրաթերթը գրում է. ««Ժողովուրդ» օրաթերթը բացառիկ մանրամասներ է պարզել՝ Փարաքար խոշորացված համայնքի ղեկավար Վալոդյա Գրիգորյանի սպանության աղմկահարույց քրեական գործի շրջանակում կալանավորված անձանց պահման պայմանների վերաբերյալ։

Ինչպես հայտնի է, այս գործով կալանավորվել են Նարեկ Օհանյանը եւ Գեւորգ Հարությունյանը։ Սակայն «Ժողովուրդ»-ը իրավապահ համակարգին մոտ կանգնած իր աղբյուրներից պարզել է, որ նրանց պահման հարցը դարձել է լուրջ մարտահրավեր։ Ըստ նույն աղբյուրների՝ կալանավորումից հետո փորձ է արվել տեղափոխել նրանց Արմավիրի քրեակատարողական հիմնարկ, սակայն այնտեղից փաստացի մերժում է ստացվել՝ անվտանգության նկատառումներից ելնելով։

Հիմնավոր վախեր կան, որ սիրված համայնքապետ Վալոդյա Գրիգորյանի սպանությունը կարող է դառնալ վրեժխնդրության պատճառ անգամ բանտի պատերից ներս։ Իրավապահ համակարգը մտավախություն ունի, որ Գրիգորյանի կողմնակիցներից որեւէ մեկը գուցե ՔԿՀ-ում կապեր ունի եւ կարող է փորձել հաշվեհարդար տեսնել։ Այս գործով, ի վերջո, խոսքը նաեւ վերաբերում է ոստիկանության օպերատիվ աշխատակից Կարեն Աբրահամյանի սպանությանը, ինչը միայն էլ ավելի է սրում իրավիճակը։

Այս ֆոնին իրավապահները որոշել են Նարեկ Օհանյանին եւ Գեւորգ Հարությունյանին տեղափոխել Նուբարաշենի քրեակատարողական հիմնարկ, որտեղ նրանք այժմ գտնվում են խիստ վերահսկվող կարանտինային պայմաններում։ Մասնավորապես, ըստ «Ժողովուրդ» օրաթերթի տեղեկությունների՝ նրանք գտնվում են կարանտինային հատուկ բաժանմունքում, որպեսզի ամբողջությամբ մեկուսացված լինեն մյուս կալանավորներից։

Հարկ է նշել, որ Վալոդյա Գրիգորյանը համարվում էր ազդեցիկ համայնքային գործիչ՝ բազմաթիվ հետեւորդներով։ Նրա սպանությունը շոկ էր համայնքի համար, իսկ գործին առնչվող անձանց հանդեպ հասարակական վերաբերմունքը՝ ծայրաստիճան բացասական։ Հենց այս հասարակական ֆոնն էլ ստիպել է իրավապահներին գործել ոչ ստանդարտ սցենարով՝ նախապատվություն տալով անվտանգության առավելագույն ապահովմանը, նույնիսկ եթե դա նշանակում է կալանավորներին ամբողջությամբ կտրել արտաքին աշխարհի եւ բանտային միջավայրի շփումներից։

«Ժողովուրդ» օրաթերթը հետեւում է այս գործով բոլոր զարգացումներին եւ առաջիկայում կներկայացնի նոր մանրամասներ, այդ թվում՝ նախաքննության առաջընթացից եւ հնարավոր մեղադրանքների շրջանակից»։
