Դե, մարդիկ այլ բանով են զբաղված. «Փաստ»

«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է.

Վերջին շրջանում գրեթե օր չկա, որ լրահոսում տեղեկություններ չլինեն՝ այստեղ դանակահարեցին, այնտեղ կրակեցին, մյուս տեղում ծեծկռտուք եղավ: Այնպիսի տպավորություն է, որ բոլորի կամ շատ-շատերի ձեռքին զենք կա: Հրազեն, սառը զենք: Շուրջբոլորը միմյանց ծեծում են, դանակահարում են, կրակում են, սպանում են, վիրավորում են...

Ի դեպ, եթե զուտ պաշտոնական վիճակագրական տվյալներն էլ նշենք, ապա թվերը չափազանց խոսուն են, ուստի դժվար չէ ինքնուրույն պատկերացում կազմել: Այսպես. 2023 թվականին «Մարդու (անձի) դեմ ուղղված հանցագործությունների» թիվը եղել է 7138, իսկ 2024 թվականին այդ դաժան ցուցանիշը հասել է 7353-ի, իսկ այս տարվա միայն առաջին կիսամյակում 3526 նման հանցագործություն է գրանցվել: Այդ թվում՝ 2023-ին կ ա տար վել է 1187 սպանություն , 2024-ին՝ 1565, իսկ հիմա, ուշադրություն, ընթացիկ 2025 թվականի միայն առաջին 6 ամսում արդեն իսկ կատարվել էր 998 սպանություն:

Եվ սա դեռ միայն անձի դեմ ուղղված ծանր հանցագործությունների մասին ենք խոսում: Հապա մնացած հանցագործությունները: Եթե, օրինակ՝ 2018 թվականին (Փաշինյանի պաշտոնավարման առաջին տարում) գրանցված հանցագործությունների թիվը մոտ 24 հազար էր, ապա վերջին գրեթե բոլոր տարիներին այդ ծանր ցուցանիշը գերազանցում է տարեկան 40 հազարը...

Հարկավ, մենք ոչ մեկ անգամ անդրադարձել ենք քրեածին վիճակի ու հանցավորության աճի այլևայլ պատճառներին: Այդ շարքում ընդգծել ենք, որ այն թունավոր մթնոլորտը, ատելության, չարության այն միջավայրը, որ ձևավորել են Փաշինյանն ու իր թիմը, հասարակության քթից պիտի գար ու գալիս է: Ու, ցավոք, դեռ գալու է:

Մյուս կողմից՝ իրավապահ համակարգը չգիտես ինչով է զբաղված...

Չնայա՜ծ... Ինչո՞ւ չգիտենք: Գիտենք: Բոլորը գիտեն: Այդ համակարգն զբաղված է 1 անձի՝ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի պահպանությամբ ու նրա անընդունելի քմահաճույքների ու շահերի սպասարկմամբ: Զբաղված է ընդդիմադիրներին ու ընդդիմախոսներին հալածելով: Բնութագրական տվ յալ, որ հնչեցրեց Բագրատ Սրբազանի փաստաբաններից մեկը. միայն այդ «գործով», որ դատարան չհասած՝ արդեն փլուզվել է, ներգրավված է եղել (բռնվե՛ք)... 120 քննիչ:

Էհ, էլ հանցավորության, կրիմինալի դեմ պայքարի տեղ, էներգիա ու ժամանակ կմնա՞...
