Աջապահյանի կալանավորումը չարդարացրեց իշխանության հաշվարկները

Շիրակի թեմի առաջնորդ Միքայել արքեպիսկոպոս Աջապահյանին կալանավորելով և բանտարկելով, փաշինյանական իշխանությանը թվում էր, թե կկարողանա լռեցնել նրան և առաջ տանել սեփական ցանկությունները: Բայց և Սրբազանի վերջին նամակը վկայում է, որ փաշինյանական իշխանությունը առնվազն ձախողվել է իր այս հաշվարկներում:

«Այս չարիքի իշխանությունը՝ բաղկացած միջակություններից և բացարձակ ոչնչություններից և իրենց սպասարկող ողորմելի կամակատարներից, իր ավարտին հասցրեց հերթական անբարոյական սցենարը՝ իմ ապօրինի և շինծու դատապարտումով, ինչը անհամեմատելի է մեր հայրենի Արցախի կորստյան, հազարավոր զոհերի և անհետ կորածների ու գերիների առկայության հետ: Սա կմնա այս չիշխանության ամոթն ու խայտառակությունը, թեև որքան թքես անամոթի երեսին, իր համար անձրև է թվալու: Խոստանում եմ ավելի մեծ վտանգ լինել իրենց համար այժմ, քան էի մինչև այսօր»,- նշել է Աջապահյանը, ով արդեն 100 օր բանտարկված է և չի կարողացել մասնակցել նաև Գյումրիի օրվա միջոցառումներին:

Թերևս դա էր պատճառը, որ Գյումրիի օրվա միջոցառումներին իշխող քպականներից շատ քչերն էին հանդգնել հայտնվել Գյումրիում, այն էլ հանդիպել են միայն իրենց մերձավորների հետ, կերել, խմել և վերադարձել Երևան, իսկ Գյումրիում կազմակերպված համերգը ցույց տվեց, որ հանրապետության 2-րդ քաղաքը լիովին մերժում է Նիկոլ Փաշինյանին և իր իշխանությանը:
