Հանքարդյունաբերությունը մեր համար գերիշխող ճյուղ է հանդիսանում․ Կապանի քաղաքապետ

Հանքարդյունաբերությունը մեր երկրի տնտեսության կարևորագույն ճյուղն է, իսկ Կապանի համար այն տեղական տնտեսության գերիշխող ճյուղ է։ Այս մասին հոկտեմբերի 4-ին «Հայաստանի հանքարդյունաբերություն» («Mining Armenia Forum 2025») համաժողովի ժամանակ հայտարարել է Կապանի քաղաքապետ Գևորգ Փարսյանը։

Նա հիշեցրել է, որ Կապանը հանքարդյունաբերության ոլորտում հարուստ պատմություն ունի, որտեղ գործում են համայնքի երկու խոշոր գործընկերներ՝ Զանգեզուրի պղնձամոլիբդենային կոմբինատը (ԶՊՄԿ) և Կապանի լեռնահարստացման կոմբինատը։

Փարսյանը կրկին նշել է, որ հանքարդյունաբերությունը մեր համայնքի կյանքի մի մասն է կազմում՝ նշելով, որ ոլորտի նկատմամբ վերաբերմունքը ժամանակի ընթացքում տարբեր է եղել։

«Միևնույն ժամանակ, վերջին տարիներին մենք զգալի առաջընթաց ենք տեսնում այս առումով։ Այսօր մենք լեռնահանքային արդյունաբերության կազմակերպությունների հետ քննարկում ենք նրանց արտադրական հզորությունների մեծացման հարցը և դա ուղղակիորեն կապված է վստահության հետ։ Ինչպես արդեն նշեցի, մենք հանքարդյունաբերության ոլորտում մեծ պատմական փորձ ունենք և ականատես ենք եղել թե՛ վստահության կորստին, թե՛ դրա վերականգնմանը, ինչպես նաև այդ վստահության վրա հիմնված հարաբերությունների զարգացմանը։ Վստահության հիմքը տվյալ կազմակերպության պատասխանատու աշխատանքն է։ Բարեբախտաբար, ԶՊՄԿ-ի հետ մենք աշխատում ենք վստահության մթնոլորտում և վստահորեն կարող եմ ասել, որ մեր հարաբերությունները զարգանում են։

«Եթե մասնավոր հատվածի և համայնքի հարաբերությունները հիմնված են փոխադարձ վստահության վրա, ապա հանքարդյունաբերությունը տալիս է դրական արդյունքներ և դրական ազդեցություն է ունենում համայնքի կյանքի, հատկապես սոցիալ-տնտեսական ոլորտի վրա»,- հավելել է Փարսյանը։

Նա հայտարարել է, որ Արծվանիկի պոչամբարի նախագծի վերաբերյալ երկրորդ հանրային քննարկումները տեղի կունենան հոկտեմբերի 6-ին։ Նա նշել է, որ ներկայացվել է ընդլայնման ծրագիր, որը ներառում է համայնքի կողմից բարձրացված խնդիրների բոլոր անհրաժեշտ լուծումները։

«Համայնքը բարձրացրել է պոչամբարի շահագործման անվտանգության, ինչպես նաև բնապահպանական խնդիրների լուծման և ֆինանսապես արտահայտված սոցիալական պատասխանատվության հարցերը։ Այս ամենը ֆիքսված է թե՛ նախագծում, թե՛ զեկույցում։ Այս համակարգային մոտեցումը կիրառվում է ոչ միայն ԶՊՄԿ-ի, այլև Կապանի լեռնահարստացուցիչ կոմբինատի նկատմամբ»,- եզրափակել է Փարսյանը։
