Դեպի Եվրոպա՝ քաղաքական հետապնդումների ուղիով

Հայաստանը խոսում է եվրոպական արժեքների և ժողովրդավարության մասին, բայց իրականությունը այլ է։ Քաղաքական գործերով կալանավորումներ, հոգևորականների դատապարտումներ, գործարարների ունեցվածքի բռնագրավումներ՝ սա է այն ճանապարհը, որով փորձում ենք մոտենալ Եվրոպային։

Միքայել արքեպիսկոպոս Աջապահյանի դատապարտումը երկու տարվա ազատազրկման, որը հիմնվել է «իշխանությունը զավթելու հրապարակային կոչերի» հոդվածով, ցույց է տալիս դատական համակարգի քաղաքականացվածությունը։ Հայտնի փաստաբան Ռոբերտ Ամստերդամը այս մասին գրել է․

«Այս գործը ևս մեկ ապացույց է, որ Հայաստանում դատական համակարգն օգտագործվում է քաղաքական այլախոհության դեմ։ Երբ հոգևոր առաջնորդին, որը պարզապես իր մտահոգությունն էր արտահայտել երկրի ճակատագրի վերաբերյալ, դատապարտում են ազատազրկման, դա ազդանշան է ողջ հասարակությանը՝ մի՛ քննադատեք իշխանությանը»։

Ամստերդամը նաև ընդգծել է, որ այս գործը խախտում է խոսքի ազատության և արդար դատաքննության սկզբունքները և հակասում է մարդու իրավունքների եվրոպական կոնվենցիային։

Քաղաքական վերլուծաբան Կարեն Կարապետյանն ասում է․

«Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը, կալանավորելով Բագրատ և Միքայել Սրբազաններին, կալանավորելով Սամվել Կարապետյանին ու ունեզրկելով նրան, Հայաստանը համարում է ժողովրդավարական։ Աննախադեպ ժողովրդավարություն է, երբ բանտերը լցված են քաղբանտարկյալներով, իսկ դատավորները վճիռները կարդում են դողդողացող ձայնով»։

Սամվել Կարապետյանի գործը և «Հայաստանի էլեկտրական ցանցեր»-ի ազգայնացումը խաթարեցին ներդրողների վստահությունը և լրջորեն վնասեցին երկրի տնտեսական վարկանիշին։ Եկեղեցու դեմ ճնշումներն էլ խաթարում են հասարակության համերաշխությունը։

Հայաստանը չի կարող խոսել եվրոպական արժեքներից, երբ բանտերում կան քաղբանտարկյալներ, իսկ դատարաններում՝ վախ։ Եվրոպայի ճանապարհը պահանջում է ազատություն, արդարություն և անկախ դատարաններ, ոչ թե քաղաքական հաշվեհարդար։
