Նախընտրական փուլ՝ երկու սխալով․ Վահե Հովհաննիսյան

Վահե Հովհաննիսյանը տելեգրամյան իր ալիքում գրել է․ 

Մենք անընդհատ  քննարկում ենք, թե ո´վ կմասնակցի առաջիկա ընտրություններին, ո´ւմ հետ և ում փողերով, և սխալվում ենք՝  կարծելով, թե դրանից է կախված արդյունքը։
Մենք համառորեն անտեսում ենք ամենակարևորը հարցը. իսկ ո՞վ է քվեարկելու, ո՞ր հասարակությունն է գնալու ընտրությունների։ Բայց հենց սրանից է կախված ընտրությունների արդյունքը։
Կա երկու խոշոր տարբերակ.
 
«Ցածր սոցիալական պատասխանատվությամբ հասարակություն»   
 
Գործող իշխանության սցենարն է՝ ընտրություններին ունենալ սոցիալապես անպատասխանատու հասարակություն՝ անտարբեր,  մեզ ոչինչ չի հետաքրքրում, մեզնից բան կախված չէ, որը պատրաստ է լսել և մարսել ցանկացած սուտ և ապուշություն։ Կամազուրկ և պարտված  հոգեվիճակով։ Դա հնարավոր է, որովհետև բազային մակարդակում մենք գործ ունենք պարտության հասարակության հետ, որն ինքնին լրջագույն խնդիր է՝ իր բարդ յուրահատկություններով։ Իսկ եթե երկրում դեռևս  չկա ունակ ուժ, որն այս խնդիրը գիտակցում է և ճիշտ աշխատում է դրա շտկման ուղղությամբ, ապա սա լրիվ իրատեսական զարգացում է։ Իշխանությունն անխնա շահագործելու է  այդ  հոգեվիճակը։ Որևէ նորմալ իշխանություն իրեն նման բան թույլ չէր տա, այլ կփորձեր գնալ հասարակությունը բուժելու ուղղությամբ։
 
Մոտիվացված, շահախնդիր հասարակություն
 
Փոփոխության ուժերի խնդիրն է՝ ընտրությունների շեմին ունենալ փոփոխությունների պատրաստ, մոտիվացված, պարտությունը որպես փաստ, բայց ոչ՝ որպես մշտական հոգեվիճակ ընդունող հասարակություն։
Հասարակությանն ընտրությունների օրվան պետք է պատրաստել այսօրվանից (իրականում՝ երեկվանից էր պետք)։ Այդ օրը լինելու է քվեարկությունը, իսկ ընտրությո´ւնը քաղաքացու մտքում, սրտում պետք է ձևավորել այսօրվանից։
 
Այս համատեքստում կա երկու խոշոր սխալի հնարավորություն. ոչինչ չանել, սպասել ընտրություններին, ինչը կբերի շոկային ձախողման, կամ՝ իսկապես հասկանալ, որ պետք է աշխատել, և անել սխալ աշխատանք։ Այս երկու սխալն էլ այս պահին կատարվում է։ Մյուս կողմից, կան բոլոր հնարավորությունները՝ ճիշտ քայլերով հասնելու շատ լավ արդյունքի։
