Վարչապետ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը շնորհավորական ուղերձներ է հղել Չինաստանի Ժողովրդական Հանրապետության նախագահ Սի Ծինփինին և Պետական խորհրդի նախագահ Լի Ցյանին՝ Չինաստանի կազմավորման 76-րդ տարեդարձի առիթով:

Նախագահին ուղղված ուղերձում ասված է.

«Ընդունեք խնդրեմ ջերմագին շնորհավորանքներս Չինաստանի Ժողովրդական Հանրապետության կազմավորման 76-ամյակի կապակցությամբ:

Չինաստանի՝ պետականության ամրապնդման, տնտեսության զարգացման և արդիականացման, ինչպես նաև միջազգային ասպարեզում երկրի դիրքավորման ճանապարհը հիրավի տպավորիչ է:

Վերջին տարիներին Հայաստան-Չինաստան փոխգործակցության ամենատարբեր ոլորտներում արձանագրված հաջողությունները նույնպես երկուստեք հանձնառության և համատեղ շարունակական ջանքերի արդյունք են, որոնց շնորհիվ մեր երկրների միջև երկկողմ հարաբերությունները բարձրացվեցին որակապես նոր՝ ռազմավարական գործընկերության մակարդակի։

Երախտագիտությամբ եմ հիշում մեկ ամիս առաջ Չինաստանում ինձ ցուցաբերված ջերմ ընդունելությունը և Ձեզ հետ ունեցած արդյունավետ քննարկումները երկկողմ հարա­բերությունների և տարածաշրջանային զարգացումների շուրջ: Անկասկած, կայացած այցի արդյունքները և բարձր մակարդակով ձեռք բերված պայմանավորվածությունները պատմա­կան նոր էջ են բացում Հայաստանի և Չինաստանի միջև երկկողմ միջպետական հարաբերություններում:

Լիահույս եմ, որ համատեղ գործուն ջանքերով լրացուցիչ լիցք կհաղորդենք մեր երկրների միջև փոխադարձ վստահության և հարգանքի վրա խարսխված՝ վերընթաց զարգացում ապրող հարաբերությունների հետագա խորացմանը՝ ռազմավարական գործըն­­­­կե­րության շրջանակը հարստացնելով հավակնոտ նպատակներով և ուղղություն­ներով»:

Պետական խորհրդի նախագահին ուղղված ուղերձում ասված է.

«Ջերմորեն շնորհավորում եմ Ձեզ և բարեկամ չին ժողովրդին Չինաստանի Ժողովրդական Հանրապետության կազմավորման 76-ամյակի կապակցությամբ:

Գոհունակությամբ եմ արձանագրում, որ Հայաստանի և Չինաստանի միջև փոխադարձ հարգանքի, վստահության և պատմական ամուր կապերի վրա խարսխված դարավոր բարեկամությունը մեր երկրների միջև հաստատված ռազմավարական գործընկերությամբ թևակոխել է որակապես նոր մակարդակ, ինչը հնարավորություն է ընձեռում նախանշել երկուստեք հետաքրքրություն ներկայացնող բոլոր ոլորտներում մեր երկրների միջև համագործակցության հետագա զարգացման ուղիները:

Վստահ եմ, որ ապագայում մեր երկկողմ հարաբերությունները կշարունակեն ընդլայնվել՝ արձանագրելով նորանոր ձեռքբերումներ:

Մաղթում եմ Ձեզ քաջառողջություն և հաջողություններ, իսկ Չինաստանի բարեկամ ժողովրդին՝ բարգավաճում և առաջընթաց»:
