Համ գառները՝ ողջ, համ գայլերը՝ կուշտ. «Փաստ»

«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է.

Այլևս չի ժխտվում, դա չժխտեց նաև Դավիթ Հարությունյանը, որ Հանրապետական կուսակցությունը դեմ է ընտանեկան բռնությունները կանխարգելող օրենքի նախագծին:

Սա, հիրավի, աննախադեպ երևույթ է, քանզի հազիվ կգտնեք մի դեպք այս կուսակցության բազմամյա իշխանության տարիներին, որ դեմ քվեարկեն կառավարության ներկայացրած որևէ նախագծի:

Ինչո՞ւ է այս անգամ այսպես, ի՞նչ գործոններ են դեր խաղացել: Կամ գուցե հանկարծ ու հիշե՞ց, որ ինքը Հանրապետական կուսակցություն է, այսինքն՝ հակված պահպանողականությանը: Բայց բազմաթիվ դեպքեր ու հանգամանքներ են եղել, որ այս մարդիկ քայլել–անցել են իրենց կուսակցության խորքային այդ սկզբունքի վրայով:

Էլ չենք ասում, որ այս տարիների ընթացքում իրենց գաղափարական հոր՝ Նժդեհի տեսակետները շրջանցող հազար ու մի քայլերի ենք ականատես եղել: Ավելի հաճախ՝ նրա տեսակետներին ու սկզբունքներին արմատապես հակասող քայլեր են արել, քան հավատարիմ են մնացել դրանց:

Հիմա այս օրենքն ի՞նչ է ասում հանրապետականներին, որ դեմ են՝ դեմ լինելով իրենց իսկ բուն վարքագծին: Այն է՝ քվեարկել այնպես, ինչպես ասում է մեծամասնությունը, կամ որ նույնն է՝ ինչպես ասում է կուսակցության ղեկավարը:

Վտանգ տեսե՞լ են իրենց իսկ համար այս օրինագծի մեջ: Դժվար թե:

Միանգամից գաղափարակա՞ն են դարձել՝ հավատարիմ իրենք իրենց ու իրենց հռչակած խորքային սկզբունքներին: Կրկին՝ դժվար թե:

Ուրեմն որտե՞ղ է թաքնված շան գլուխը:

Առավել՝ եթե նկատի ունենանք՝ այս օրենքը ներառվում է այն պարտավորությունների շարքում, որ մեր երկիրը ստանձնել է Հայաստան–Եվրամիություն պայմանագիրը ստորագրելու համար:

Պայմանագիրը Աստծո կամոք թող ստորագրվի: Այդ է ցանկանում, իմ կարծիքով, յուրաքանչյուր հայ: Կամ հայերի մեծ մասը՝ հանած, ասենք, արտաշեսգեղամյաններին: Բնականաբար, այդ է ցանկանում նաև յուրաքանչյուր պաշտոնյա: Առաջին հերթին հենց երկրի ղեկավարը: Բայց արդյո՞ք առանց երկրի ղեկավարի գիտության Հանրապետական հանրությունը կփորձեր ընդդիմանալ ու կհրաժարվեր օրինագծին կողմ քվեարկելուց: Հազիվ թե:

Մնում է ենթադրել, որ այդպես է ուզում նաև ինքը՝ Սերժ Սարգսյանը: Ուզում է, որ մեր երկիրը չունենա այն օրենքը, որն այդքան էլ լավ համարում չունի: Եվ երևույթների խորքը դիտող շատ ու շատերի կարծիքով այն ապաբարոյական բարքերն աշխարհում տարածելով՝ սատանայական իշխանությանը նախապատրաստվելու միջոց է: Որն, իհարկե, թաքնված է հումանիտար խոսքերի ու գեղեցիկ շղարշների տակ:

Բայց ինչպե՞ս ասի եվրոպացիներին, որ իր երկիրը չի ընդունում այդ օրենքը: Կասի, որ հայ ազգն այնքան սկզբունքային է, ու այնքան ժողովրդավարություն է գործում մեր երկրում, ո՛չ միայն քաղաքական դաշտում՝ ժողովրդավարություն, այլ նաև՝ ներկուսակցական հարաբերությունների մեջ, որ ինքն անզոր է այդ օրենքն անցկացնել:

Եվրոպացիներն էլ, միամիտ եվրոպացիները, կհավատան: Ու մի զարկով՝ երկու նապաստակ. համ գառները ողջ կմնան, համ գայլերը կուշտ կլինեն:
