Ինչպես ԱԳՆ-ն հինգ տարում ուրացավ Արցախը

Սեպտեմբերի 27-ին 44-օրյա պատերազմի 5-րդ տարելիցն էր։ Հայաստանի ԱԳՆ-ն այս տարի որևէ հայտարարություն այդ կապակցությամբ չի տարածել, չի դատապարտել Ադրբեջանի գործողությունները և քաղաքական գնահատական չի հնչեցրել։ Ի դեպ, նման վարք ԱԳՆ-ն դրսևորել էր նաև 2024թ. սեպտեմբերի 27-ին։

Պատերազմից մեկ տարի անց ԱԳՆ-ն ծավալուն հայտարարություն էր տարածել՝ նշել է, որ գլուխ են խոնարհում և հարգանքի տուրք մատուցում արցախյան բոլոր պատերազմներում նահատակված մեր հերոսների հիշատակի առջև, որոնք ընկան հանուն ազատության ու իրենց հայրենակիցների արժանապատվության և կյանքի իրավունքի պաշտպանության։ Պաշտոնական Երևանն արձանագրել էր, որ «...պատերազմն ուղեկցվում էր Ադրբեջանի կողմից միջազգային մարդասիրական և մարդու իրավունքների լայնածավալ խախտումներով, պատերազմական հանցագործություններով և զանգվածային այլ ոճրագործություններով։ Ռազմական գործողությունների ընթացքում ադրբեջանական զինված ուժերը հրթիռահրետանային և օդային հարվածներով, այդ թվում՝ արգելված զինատեսակների կիրառմամբ, միտումնավոր թիրախավորում էին քաղաքացիական ենթակառուցվածքներն ու խաղաղ բնակավայրերը, ներառյալ մայրաքաղաք Ստեփանակերտը, ինչը հանգեցրեց քաղաքացիական բնակչության շրջանում զոհերի և ավերածությունների։ Իրագործված զանգվածային ոճրագործությունները մանրակրկիտ կերպով փաստագրվել և ներկայացվել են միջազգային կազմակերպություններին ու միջազգային մասնագիտացված կառույցներին։ Այս ուղղությամբ աշխատանքները շարունակվելու են միջազգային տարբեր հարթակներում»։

Նշել էին նաև, որ «44-օրյա պատերազմը նախապես ծրագրված ու նախապատրաստված ռազմական ագրեսիա էր, որի նպատակն էր ուժի կիրառման և հայ բնակչության բնաջնջման միջոցով միջազգային օրակարգից հանել Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի հիմնահարցը»։ Հատուկ փաստենք, որ 2021թ. հայտարարության մեջ ուղիղ 15 անգամ օգտագործվել է «Արցախ» կամ «արցախահայություն» տերմինը։

Արդեն 2022թ. հայտարարության մեջ «Արցախ» բառը երկու անգամ էր նշվել, սակայն նաև արձանագրել էին, որ «Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի դեմ Ադրբեջանի սանձազերծած պատերազմը արցախահայությանն էթնիկ զտումների ենթարկելու, իր պատմական հայրենիքում ազատ և անվտանգ ապրելու ու արարելու իրավունքից զրկելու, և ըստ այդմ՝ Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի հիմնախնդիրը ուժի կիրառմամբ լուծելու Ադրբեջանի պետական քաղաքականության հանցավոր դրսևորում էր։ Այդ մասին վկայում են ինչպես պատերազմից առաջ և ընթացքում, այնպես էլ հետպատերազմյան շրջանում Ադրբեջանի բարձրագույն ղեկավարության չդադարող ռազմատենչ, առավելապաշտական, հայատյաց հայտարարությունները»։

2023թ. «Արցախ» բառը ԱԳՆ հայտարարության մեջ չկար։ Այդուհանդերձ, կարճ հայտարարությամբ ՀՀ ԱԳՆ-ն դեռ հիշում էր Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի դեմ իրականացված գործողությունները։

Վերջին երկու տարիներին թե՛ ՀՀ ԱԳՆ-ն, թե՛ նրա անմիջական վերադասը մոռացության են մատնել Արցախը և արցախահայությանը։ Փաշինյանն էլ ֆեյսբուքյան մեկ նախադասությամբ է հիշատակում 44-օրյա պատերազմը, որտեղ հայկական կողմը պարտություն կրեց իր և իր թիմի դավաճանական գործողությունների պատճառով։
