Կրթությունը ԶՊՄԿ առաջնային նպատակներից է

Զանգեզուրի պղնձամոլիբդենային կոմբինատը շարունակում է էլ ավելի ակտիվ համագործակցությունը բուհերի հետ՝ ֆինանսավորելով գիտահեն կրթական ծրագրերը։ Այս տարի առաջին անգամ խոշորագույն հանքարդյունաբերական ընկերությունը մի նոր նախագծի է միացել, որը շուրջն է համախմբել հանրապետության տարբեր բուհերի ուսանողների։ Խոսքը @casekey_ ակադեմիայի կազմակերպած բիզնես ծրագրերի մրցույթի մասին է։

Ձեռնարկության ղեկավար կազմը երիտասարդներին առաջադրանք էր տվել՝ ներկայացնելու իրենց պատկերացմամբ հաջողված բիզնեսի նորարարական մոդել։ Առաջարկվել էր նաև սոցցանցերում ալիքներ իրականացնել, որտեղ տեղեկատվությունը կշրջանառվի հանքի վերաբերյալ։ Ինչպես նշում են ԶՊՄԿ–ից, իրականում նպատակը վարժություն անցկացնելն էր, այսինքն՝ ստիպել, որ նաև երիտասարդները, որոնք ոլորտի հետ որևէ առնչություն չունեն, մտածեն այդ ուղղությամբ, մտածեն սոցիալական և բնապահպանական խնդիրների մասին, ինչպես կարելի է լուծել դրանք, ինչպես կարելի է արձագանքել մտահոգություններին, հարցերին և այլն։

Կոմբինատի համար սա հնարավորություն է երիտասարդներին հետաքրքրելու այս ոլորտով, ցույց տալու հանքարդյունաբերության գիտահեն հիմքը։ Իր հերթին @casekey_ ակադեմիան ջանք չի խնայում շփման հարթակ ստեղծելու իրական բիզնեսի հետ։ Այս առումով կոմբինատը ոչ միայն լավագույն օրինակ է, այլև բաց նորարարական բիզնես գաղափարների համար։ Ակադեմիան, համագործակցելով տարբեր համալսարանների հետ, փորձում է այդ բացը որոշակիորեն լրացնել փոխհամագործակցության միջոցով։

Կոմբինատը ոչ միայն թափանցիկ է աշխատում, այլև խրախուսում է նոր գաղափարները։ Լավագույն բիզնես մտքերը, որոնք ծնվել էին հանքարդյունաբերության թեմայով, ղեկավարությունը խրախուսել է նվերների տեսքով։ Հանքարդյունաբերությունը ներսից տեսնելու, մասշտաբները պատկերացնելու համար ուսանողների համար շրջայց է կազմակերպվել․ հարստացուցիչ ֆաբրիկայում գործնականում ցուցադրվել է արտադրական ամբողջ շղթան, բաց հանքում նրանք նաև ներկա են եղել պլանային պայթեցման։

Ուսանողները նշում են, որ տեսական գիտելիքով անհնար է պատկերացնել կոմբինատի աշխատանքը, իսկ բիզնես առումով ընկերությունը լավագույն օրինակ է։
