Հինգ տարի առաջ այս օրը սկսվեց Արցախյան երկրորդ պատերազմը՝ հայ ժողովրդի ժամանակակից պատմության ամենադաժանը. Արշակ Կարապետյան

Արշակ Կարապետյանը ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում գրում է.

Քույրեր և եղբայրներ, սիրելի՛ հայեր։

Հինգ տարի առաջ այս օրը սկսվեց Արցախյան երկրորդ պատերազմը՝ հայ ժողովրդի ժամանակակից պատմության ամենադաժանը։ Պատերազմ, որը խլեց երիտասարդ կյանքեր և ճակատագրեր։

Ցավով ենք հիշում 44-օրյա աղետալի պատերազմի տագնապալից օրերը, երբ Ադրբեջանը՝ Թուրքիայի բացահայտ աջակցությամբ, ներգրավելով Աֆղանստանից ու Սիրիայից իսլամական ահաբեկիչներին, դիմեց ռազմական ագրեսիայի։ Նրան սատարում էին Թուրքիան, Իսրայելը և Պակիստանը։ Այս պատերազմը 1988 թվականին սկսված արցախյան հակամարտության հերթական՝ ամենաարյունալի սրացում էր։

Պատերազմի առաջին իսկ օրվանից Պաշտպանության Բանակի ողջ անձնակազմը, չնայած թշնամու ճնշող գերազանցությանը, ցուցադրեց հերոսության, հայրենասիրության և անձնազոհության փայլուն օրինակներ՝ զավթիչներին արժանի հակահարված տալով մի քանի ուղղություններով։

Ակտիվ ռազմական գործողությունները կասեցվեցին 2020 թվականի նոյեմբերի 9-ին՝ եռակողմ հայտարարության հիման վրա, որն արձանագրեց հայկական կողմի պարտությունը։ Մենք թողեցինք Հադրութն ու Շուշին, ինչպես նաև յոթ շրջաններ, որոնք տարիներ շարունակ եղել էին Արցախի և Հայաստանի անվտանգության գոտին։

Մեր պարտության հիմնական պատճառներից մեկն այն էր, որ 1990-ականների սկզբին հաղթանակ տանելով՝ մենք պարզապես մեղկացանք ու հանդարտվեցինք։ Մենք սպասում էինք, որ Մինսկի խմբի համանախագահները վերջապես մեզ ներկայացնեն ընդունելի առաջարկ, և ուշադրություն չէինք դարձնում այն հանգամանքին, որ Ադրբեջանն անընդհատ ավելացնում է իր ռազմական բյուջեն, ձեռք բերում ժամանակակից զենք, այդ թվում՝ թուրքական և իսրայելական անօդաչու թռչող սարքեր, հավաքագրում զինյալների և միջազգային ահաբեկիչների, և շարունակում մշակել իր վրեժխնդրության ծրագրեր։ Ի վերջո ադրբեջանական ռազմական գործողությունների պլանավորումը և զինված ուժերի անմիջական հրամանատարությունը հանձնվել են թուրք բարձրաստիճան զինվորականներին։

2023 թվականի ռազմական գործողությունների ընթացքում մենք հնարավորություն ունեինք արժանի հակահարված տալ թշնամուն, վերականգնել կորցրած տարածքները, և Ադրբեջանը չէր կարողանա տոնել հաղթանակ, օկուպացնել Արցախի պատմական տարածքները և, ի վերջո, իրականացնել արցախցիների բռնի տեղահանումը, եթե Հայաստանում իշխանության ղեկին չլինեին դիլետանտներ, դավաճաններ և կամազուրկ մարդիկ։

Մինչ օրս, նախաստորագրված «խաղաղության համաձայնագրին» հակառակ, Ադրբեջանը շարունակում է իր ռազմատենչ քաղաքականությունը։ Արդյունքում, հայկական կողմը շարունակում է կրել մարդկային և տարածքային կորուստներ։ Այս ամենը պայմանավորված է Հայաստանի ներկայիս ռազմաքաղաքական ղեկավարության զիջողական և կեղծ խաղաղապահ քաղաքականությամբ։ Երկրի իշխանությունը ցուցադրում է իր հնազանդություն թուրք-ադրբեջանական տանդեմին և դավաճանական վերաբերմունք Հայաստանի ու հայ ժողովրդի նկատմամբ։

Խոնարհվում եմ բոլոր զոհվածների հիշատակի, նրանց ընտանիքների և հարազատների առջև։
Մենք աղոթում ենք Հայրենիքի պաշտպանների, մեր զոհված հերոսների համար, խնդրում ենք մխիթարություն նրանց ընտանիքներին, մաղթում ենք վիրավորներին ապաքինում, գերիների վերադարձ և անհայտ կորածների ճակատագրի պարզաբանում։

Հանուն հզոր Հայաստանի և Արցախի վերադարձի մենք պետք է դուրս գանք այս իրավիճակից և առաջ շարժվենք։
