Չնայած կարճ ժամկետին՝ բավական ծավալուն աշխատանքներ էին կատարվել. «Փաստ»

«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է.

Օրերս Մերձավան համայնքի իր տան մոտ սպանվել էր Փարաքար համայնքի ղեկավար Վալոդյա Գրիգորյանը։ Երեկ նրա հուղարկավորությունն էր: Հիշեցնենք, որ Վալոդյա Գրիգորյանը Փարաքար համայնքի ղեկավար էր ընտրվել 2025 թ. մարտի 30-ին կայացած ավագանու արտահերթ ընտրությունների արդյունքներով՝ հաղթելով ՔՊ-ին:

Գրիգորյանի սպանությունից մի քանի օր առաջ մենք տեղեկություն էինք հրապարակել, որ 2025 թ. սեպտեմբերի 1-ից Փարաքար համայնքի բոլոր բնակավայրերում մանկապարտեզները գործում են անվճար այն ընտանիքների երեխաների համար, որոնք հաշվառված են և փաստացի բնակվում են համայնքում: Այդ տեղեկությունն ստացել էր մեր լրագրողը՝ այցելելով Փարաքար խոշորացված համայնքի կազմում գտնվող մի շարք բնակավայրեր: Այդ ընթացքում թերթի լրագրողը նաև զրուցել էր տեղի բնակիչների հետ, ինչի արդյունքում ակնհայտ էր դարձել, որ, չնայած Վալոդյա Գրիգորյանը ընդամենը 5 ամիս էր ղեկավարում Փարաքար համայնքը, սակայն վայելում էր համայնքի բնակիչների սերն ու հարգանքը։ Այդ կարճ ընթացքում, ըստ բնակիչների, նա սկսել էր մեծածավալ աշխատանքներ՝ ճանապարհների նորոգում, ասֆալտապատում, խմելու և ոռոգման ջրերի համակարգերի նորոգում, բազմաբնակարան շենքերի վերանորոգում։

Մեզ նաև պատմեցին, որ այս ամռան ընթացքում համայնքի բոլոր գյուղերում գործել է ճամբար երեխաների համար։ Մեծ ուշադրություն էր դարձնում սպորտային խմբակներին։ Դե, իսկ այն, որ Վալոդյա Գրիգորյանի նախաձեռնությամբ համայնքի մանկապարտեզները սեպտեմբերի 1-ից դարձան անվճար, արդեն նշեցինք։ Խոշորացված տարբեր բնակավայրերի բնակիչները մեզ հետ զրույցում շեշտում էին նաև համայնքի ղեկավարի մարդկային կերպարի, մարդկային մոտեցման մասին, նաև այն մասին, որ բնակիչներից որևէ մեկի դիմումը, խնդրանքը երբեք չի անտեսել, չի մերժել, հնարավորության սահմաններում աջակցել է բոլորին, փորձել է կարճ ժամանակաշրջանում առավելագույս լուծում տալ համայնքում առկա խնդիրներին:
