«Մեր Ձևով» շարժում․ նոր գաղափար՝ նոր հույս Հայաստանի համար

Հայաստանում ձևավորվել է նոր հասարակական շարժում, որը իր առաջադրումներով ու գործելաոճով կարող է դառնալ երկրի զարգացման նոր ուղիներից մեկը։ «Մեր Ձևով» շարժումը վերջին մեկ ամսվա ընթացքում ակտիվորեն զբաղվում է ծրագրերով, որոնք ուղղված են երկրի ներքին ներուժի բացահայտմանն ու զարգացմանը։ Այն ոչ միայն քաղաքացիական նախաձեռնություն է, այլև փորձ է՝ միավորելու հասարակության ստեղծարար, աշխատասեր ու պատասխանատու հատվածը։

Առաջին հերթին շարժումն առանձնանում է երիտասարդության վրա կենտրոնացած ռազմավարությամբ։ Նախաձեռնվել է լայնածավալ ծրագիր՝ աջակցելու սպորտի, գիտության և արվեստի ոլորտներում տաղանդավոր երիտասարդներին։ Շարժումը նպատակ ունի ոչ միայն բացահայտել այդ երիտասարդներին, այլև ապահովել նրանց զարգացման և միջազգային հարթակներում ներկայացվելու հնարավորությունները։ Այս մոտեցումն առանձնահատուկ կարևոր է մի երկրում, որտեղ տաղանդները հաճախ մնում են չնկատված կամ ստիպված են արտագաղթել։

«Մեր Ձևով»-ի գործունեության շուրջ արդեն ձևավորվում է հասարակական վստահության լայն շրջանակ։ Հայաստանում մարդիկ սկսում են նոր հույս կապել այս շարժման հետ՝ տեսնելով դրանում իրական գործողություններ և ոչ թե դատարկ խոստումներ։ Այսօր շարժմանը միացել է ավելի քան 3000 հայրենակից՝ դառնալով ոչ միայն աջակիցներ, այլև ծրագրերի անմիջական մասնակիցներ։ Նրանց ներկայությունն ապացույց է, որ նախաձեռնությունը ոչ թե վերևից պարտադրված գաղափար է, այլ բնական պահանջ հասարակության կողմից։

Շարժման առաջնահերթություններից է նաև սոցիալական քաղաքականության բարեփոխումը։ «Մեր Ձևով»-ի թիմը մշակում է նոր մեխանիզմներ՝ աջակցելու բազմազավակ ընտանիքներին։ Այս նախաձեռնությունը նպատակ ունի բարձրացնել ծնելիությունը, ամրապնդել ընտանիքների սոցիալական պաշտպանությունը և ստեղծել այնպիսի միջավայր, որտեղ մեծ ընտանիքները չեն ընկալվի որպես սոցիալական բեռ, այլ՝ որպես պետության հենասյուն։

Չնայած իշխանական ճնշումներին ու վարչական խոչընդոտներին՝ շարժումն արդեն սկսել է մարզային այցերը։ Այն հանդիպում է համայնքների բնակիչների հետ, լսում նրանց խնդիրները և դրանց լուծման համար ծրագրեր է մշակում։ Հատուկ ուշադրություն է դարձվում առողջապահական համակարգի խնդիրներին․ մոտ ապագայում շարժումն առաջարկելու է ոլորտի բարեփոխման կոնկրետ քայլեր՝ շեշտը դնելով մատչելիության և որակի բարձրացման վրա։

Շարժման համահեղինակ Սամվել Կարապետյանի բազմամյա գործարար փորձը շարժման համար կարևոր առավելություն է։ Նա ոչ միայն կարողանում է տեսնել տնտեսական մարտահրավերները, այլև հասկանում է դրանց լուծման գործիքակազմը՝ հիմնվելով իրական կառավարման և ներդրումային փորձի վրա։ Այս գործոնը շարժմանը տալիս է ոչ թե զուտ գաղափարական, այլև գործնական ուժ՝ խոստումները վերածելու իրականացվող նախագծերի։

«Մեր Ձևով» շարժումը հավակնում է դառնալ այն հարթակը, որտեղ համախմբվում են գործնական փոփոխություններ իրականացնելու պատրաստ մարդիկ։ Այն Հայաստանի համար կարող է դառնալ ապագայի զարգացման իրական ուղի՝ միաժամանակ խթանելով ստեղծարարությունը, ամրապնդելով սոցիալական համերաշխությունն ու տնտեսությունը։ Այսօր շարժումը դեռ ճանապարհի սկզբում է, սակայն այն արդեն իսկ կարողացել է հասարակությանը փոխանցել ամենակարևոր ուղերձը՝ Հայաստանը կարող է զարգանալ սեփական ուժերով, եթե միավորվի և ճիշտ ձևով կազմակերպվի։
