Ո՞ւմ կընտրի Փաշինյանը ատոմակայանի հարցում

Կրեմլում երեկ տեղի է ունեցել Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի հանդիպումը Ռուսաստանի նախագահ Վլադիմիր Պուտինի հետ։ Փաշինյանը երեկ էր Ռուսաստան ժամանել՝ մասնակցելու «Համաշխարհային ատոմային շաբաթ» խորագրով համաժողովին, որտեղ էլ ելույթ է ունեցել։ Արդեն ուշ երեկոյան հանդիպում է կայացել Վլադիմիր Պուտինի հետ, որը շարունակվել է փակ դռների ետևում։ Պուտինը իր խոսքում հիշեցրել է, որ Հայաստանի հետ 2024 թ․-ին 11.7 միլիարդ դոլարի առևտրաշրջանառություն է եղել, ինչը ռեկորդային ցուցանիշ է։

ՌԴ նախագահը նաև խոսել է ատոմակայանի վերաբերյալ, Փաշինյանն էլ հայտարարել է, որ այժմ աշխատում են և փնտրում Հայաստանի համար հարմար նախագծեր, փոքր մոդուլային ատոմային հնարավորություններ, և այդ հարցում նույնպես շատ ակտիվ երկխոսություն ունեն Ռուսաստանի հետ։ Ըստ Փաշինյանի՝ արդյունավետ համագործակցում են «Ռոսատոմ» կորպորացիայի հետ։ Փաշինյանն, ըստ ամենայնի, այդ կերպ փորձել է խուսափել հստակ հարցադրումներից, որ նրան պետք է աներ Ռուսաստանի նախագահը ատոմակայանի վերաբերյալ։ Նշենք, որ բացի Ռուսաստանից, Հայաստանի իշխանությունները փոքր մոդուլային ատոմակայանների հարցում ակտիվորեն բանակցում են նաև ԱՄՆ-ի, Ֆրանսիայի և Հարավային Կորեայի հետ, և Փաշինյանը հակված է ավելի շատ արևմտյան առաջարկներն ընդունել, ինչը ոչ միայն էներգետիկ, այլ նաև քաղաքական լուրջ խնդիր է։

Եվ Ռուսաստանը, ըստ ամենայնի, ամեն ինչ անելու է, որպեսզի Հայաստանին թույլ չտա արևմտյան մոդուլային ատոմակայան կառուցել։ Թե ինչ է քննարկվել փակ դռների ետևում, հայտնի չէ, բայց փաստն այն է, որ Ռուսաստանը բավական կոշտ է լինելու այս հարցում՝ ընդհուպ պարտադրելով։ Ոչ պակաս կոշտ է նաև Արևմուտքը, որն էլ հրաշալի հասկանում է, որ որ կողմն էլ ընտրի Փաշինյանը, առաջիկա 10-ամյակները հենց այդ կողմն է լինելու հիմնական «ասիչը» Հայաստանում։ Անգամ «Թրամփի ուղին» չի ունենալու այդպիսի ահռելի նշանակություն, ինչպես նոր ատոմակայանը։
