Տյումենի հայերի միության նախագահ Աբրահամ Հովեյանը ցավակցություն է հայտնել սպանության զոհ դարձած Փարաքար համայնքի ղեկավար Վոլոդյա Գրիգորյանի և քրեական ոստիկան Կարեն Աբրահամյանի ընտանիքներին։

«Մերձավորի հանկարծակի և բռնությամբ մահը համընդհանուր մասշտաբների ողբերգություն է։ Մեր անկեղծ ցավակցություններն ենք հայտնում զոհված երիտասարդների հարազատներին և մտերիմներին։

Անկախ մարդասպանի մոտիվներից՝ քաղաքական, թե անձնական, մենք կտրականապես դատապարտում ենք այս բռնությունը և հույս ունենք, որ Հայաստանի իրավապահ մարմինները կբացահայտեն և կպատժեն մարդասպաններին ու նրանց հանցակիցներին։

Կրկնակի ցավալի է, որ մահացածը Փարաքար համայնքի ընտրված ղեկավարն էր։ Մենք ցավակցում ենք բոլոր նրանց, ովքեր վստահել և ընտրել են Վոլոդյա Գրիգորյանին։ Եվ մենք անկեղծորեն հույս ունենք, որ այն տեսությունը, որ նրա սպանությունը քաղաքական դրդապատճառներով էր և պատվիրված, ճշմարիտ չի լինի։

Ամենակարևորը, մենք պետք է դասեր քաղենք բոլոր ողբերգական իրադարձություններից։ Լայնածավալ պատերազմներից, հաղթանակներից և պարտություններից մինչև բռնության այդպիսի հնչեղ առաձնին ակտեր։ Մենք՝ հայերս, հպարտ ենք, որ աշխարհում առաջինն ենք ընդունել քրիստոնեությունը, բայց դեռևս արմատախիլ չենք արել ամենասարսափելի մեղքը՝ սպանությունը, մեր առօրյա կյանքից։ Այսօր, երբ մենք պետք է միավորվենք, ինչպես երբեք, արտաքին չարախոհներին հետ մղելու համար, տեղի է ունենում հակառակը։ Սա անընդունելի է։ Հայի կողմից հայի սպանությունը հայկական հողում պետք է համարվի հանցագործություն երկրի, ժողովրդի և Աստծո դեմ։ Ժամանակն է դադարեցնել, թե չէ շատ ուշ կլինի։ Եվ պետք է վերադառնալ մեր քրիստոնեական արմատներին՝ մարդասիրությանը և բարեգործությանը։ Ես հենց դրան եմ բոլորիդ կոչ անում», - գրել է Աբրահամ Հովեյանը։
