Սև-մութ ամպեր Հակոբ Արշակյանի գլխին

Ազգային ժողովի փոխնախագահ Հակոբ Արշակյանը «Քաղպայմանագրի» համաժողովում տեղի ունեցած միջադեպից հետո այժմ էլ հայտնվել է բավականին բարդ իրավիճակում։ Հիշեցնենք, Ազգային ժողովի փոխնախագահին պարզապես թույլ չէին տվել մասնակցել կուսակցության համաժողովին՝ հայտարարելով, թե նա անդամավճարների մասով 30 հազար դրամ պարտք ունի։ «Քաղպայմանագրի» վարչության ձևավորումից հետո այժմ էլ Հակոբ Արշակյանին ցանկանում են պարզապես հեռացնել իր զբաղեցրած բարձր պաշտոնից։ Ընդ որում, «Քաղպայմանագրի» վարչություն անցած կանայք են այս հարցով նախաձեռնողները և պահանջում են, որ Արշակյանին, ով չի բարեհաճում անգամ կուսակցության անդամավճարները մուծել, հեռացնել ԱԺ փոխնախագահի պաշտոնից և նրա փոխարեն որևէ կնոջ նշանակել։

Մասնավորապես, Արշակյանի պաշտոնի վրա աչք ունեն Արուսյակ Ջուլհակյանն ու ամենաբարձր քվեները ստացած կինը՝ Ալխաս Ղազարյանը։ Հակոբ Արշակյանն այժմ փորձում է հանդիպել Փաշինյանի հետ, բացատրել, թե ինչ է տեղի ունեցել, բայց որևէ կերպ չի կարողանում։ Ընդ որում, մեր աղբյուրների փոխանցմամբ, Արշակյանը խնդիրներ ունի Դավթաշենի տարածքային կառույցում՝ կառույցի ղեկավար, Դավթաշենի նախկին թաղապետ Ռոման Համբարձումյանի հետ։ Ընդ որում, ըստ մեր աղբյուրի, ամիսներ առաջ նույնիսկ ծեծկռտուք է եղել տարածքային կազմակերպության շենքում, որտեղ քաշքշել են Հակոբ Արշակյանի ընկերներից մեկին։ Արշակյանն ինքն էլ, ով նախկինում ակտիվ կուսակցական էր, տևական ժամանակ չի մասնակցում տարածքային կառույցի աշխատանքներին, չի վճարել անդամավճարը և արդյունքում հայտնվել է նման ծիծաղելի և անհեթեթ վիճակում։

Թեպետ Փաշինյանը հակված է լսելու Արշակյանի պարզաբանումները, բայց չի կարողանա մերժել կուսակցական տիկնանց, որոնց սիրտը ԱԺ փոխնախագահի պաշտոն է ուզում։ Ի դեպ, մեր աղբյուրը հայտնեց, որ հնարավոր է՝ Արշակյանին չհեռացնեն այդ պաշտոնից, այլ նրա փոխարեն ընդդիմությանը հասնող թափուր փոխխոսնակի պաշտոնը տան որևէ կնոջ։
