Մենք ինքներս մեզ պիտի հայրություն ու մայրություն անենք՝ հասկանալով, որ 21-րդ դարի առաջին քառորդում մեր ճակատագրի ղեկը, ահա, մեր ձեռքերում է իրապես. Նիկոլ Փաշինյան

Սիրելի՛ ժողովուրդ, Հայաստանի Հանրապետության սիրելի՛ քաղաքացիներ,
 
Այսօր նշում ենք Հայաստանի Հանրապետության անկախության 34-րդ տարեդարձը։ Այս մասին ասված է վարչապետ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի շնորհավորական ուղերձում։
 
«1991 թվականի սեպտեմբերի 21-ին հանրաքվեի դրվեց հետեւյալ հարցը․ «Համաձա՞յն եք, որ Հայաստանի Հանրապետությունը  լինի անկախ ժողովրդավարական պետություն՝ ԽՍՀՄ կազմից դուրս»  եւ մեր ժողովրդի, ընտրողների 94 տոկոսը պատասխանեց «այո» եւ այսպիսով հիմնադրվեց Հայաստանի Երրորդ Հանրապետությունը։
 
Հանրաքվեին մասնակցած եւ անկախությանն «այո» ասած քաղաքացիներն ինչի՞ մասին էին երազում իրենց քվեարկության պահին։ Այսպիսի վիճակագրություն չկա, բայց վստահաբար, մեր այդ հայրենակիցներին առաջնորդել է ազատ, խաղաղ, բարեկեցիկ, երջանիկ պետություն կառուցելու բնական մղումը։
 
Երրորդ Հանրապետության կյանքը, ցավոք, այդպիսին չստացվեց․ շրջափակումը, պատերազմը, տնտեսական անկումը, արտագաղթը թույլ չտվեցին անկախության հանրաքվեի երազանքն իրականություն դարձնել։ Բայց նույնիսկ ամենադժվար ու ողբերգական օրերին, որ ապրել է Երրորդ Հանրապետությունը, այդ երազանքը թեկուզ խամրել, բայց երբեք չի մարել մեր քաղաքացիների աչքերում, մտքում եւ հոգում։
 
2025 թվականի օգոստոսի 8-ին հաստատված խաղաղությամբ այդ երազանքը կրկին իրենով լցրել է Հայաստանի Հանրապետությունը, եւ մեր պարտքն է նախ փայփայել, ապա եւ իրականություն դարձնել այն։ 
 
Տառապանքների ու զոհողությունների միջով անցնելով՝ այսօր, ահա, մենք այս կետին ենք հասել եւ սրա մասին է Չորրորդ Հանրապետության հաստատման օրակարգը, երազանքի կատարման հնարավորությունն այլեւս երբեք բաց չթողնելու մասին։ 
 
Անկախ, ինքնիշխան, ժողովրդավարական, խաղաղ, պաշտպանված, զարգացած, ազատ եւ երջանիկ Հայաստանն, ահա, նորածին մանուկի նման մեր խնամքին է սպասում։ Ու մենք՝ բոլորս, սիրելի՛ ժողովուրդ, Հայաստանի Հանրապետության սիրելի՛ քաղաքացիներ, հայրություն ու մայրություն պիտի անենք նրան։ Մենք ինքներս մեզ պիտի հայրություն ու մայրություն անենք՝հասկանալով, որ 21-րդ դարի առաջին քառորդում մեր ճակատագրի ղեկը, ահա, մեր ձեռքերում է իրապես, եւ այդ ղեկը մենք մեր ձեռքից այլեւս երբեք չպիտի բաց թողնենք։ 
 
Սիրելի՛ ժողովուրդ, Հայաստանի Հանրապետության սիրելի՛ քաղաքացիներ, շնորհավորում եմ բոլորիս Հայաստանի Հանրապետության անկախության տոնի առիթով։

Փա՛ռք նահատակներին եւ կեցցե՛ Հայաստանի Հանրապետությունը»,- նշված է ուղերձում։
