Չորրորդ Հանրապետությունը փաշինյանական էքսպերիմենտ է. Դավիթ Խաժակյան

Դավիթ Խաժակյանը ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում գրում է.
 
Հետաքրքիր է Փաշինյանին կստացվի՞ համոզել հայ ժողովրդին, իբրև հայ-ադրբեջանական դարավոր կոնֆլիկտը սկիզբ է առել տարածաշրջանում ցարական կամ խորհրդային ներգործությամբ։ Ասել, թե ԽՍՀՄ-ը Հայաստանի և Ադրբեջանի նկատմամբ վարել է «բաժանիր, որ տիրես» քաղաքականությունը, նշանակում է բացարձակ չտիրապետել, թե Հայաստանի Առաջին հանրապետությունը ինչ տարածքներով և ինչ դեմոգրաֆիայով է խորհրդայնացվել և 70 տարի անց անկախացել։
 
Հայաստանի Առաջին Հանրապետությունը խորհրդայնացվել է այն ժամանակ, երբ այլևս կորցրել էր Արցախի նկատմամբ վերահսկողությունը, էլ չեմ խոսում ամենահայաշատ քաղաք Ալեքսանդրապոլի նկատմամբ վերահսկողության մասին։ Հետևաբար ԽՍՀՄ-ի քաղաքականությունը կարելի է կոչել «միավորիր, որ տիրես», ինչի արդյունքում ԽՍՀՄ փլուզման պահին ԼՂԻՄ-ը թեպետ Ադրբեջանի կազմում, բայց իր Ստեփանակերտ մայրաքաղաքով եղել է մեծապես էթնիկ հայերով բնակեցված և ինքնապաշտպանության ունակ միավոր։ Չլիներ «միավորիր, որ տիրես» քաղաքականությունը, անկախացման դրությամբ՝ ինչպես Նախիջանում, այնպես էլ Արցախում հայ ժողովուրդը չէր շարունակի իր դարավոր գոյությունը։
 
Եթե նույնիսկ այս տրանսֆորմացիան կոչենք Չորրորդ Հանրապետություն, ապա ոգևորության որևէ հիմք չեմ տեսնում, քանի որ այն կառուցվում է Երրորդ՝ վերջին հարյուրամյակի ամենահզոր հայկական պետականության փլատակների վրա։
 
Չորրորդ Հանրապետությունը փաշինյանական էքսպերիմենտ է, քանի որ հայերը և ադրբեջանցիները խաղաղ համակեցություն են ունեցել ԲԱՑԱՌԱՊԵՍ երրորդ՝ ավելի խոշոր պետական միավորի շրջանակներում, այն էլ հստակ զսպողական ներգործությամբ։ Այդուհանդերձ Փաշինյանի ելույթի մի դրվագ կիսում եմ։ Ընտրություններին հայ ժողովուրդը կգնահատի, թե որքանով է պատրաստակամ իրականացնել այս պատմական էքսպերիմենտը։
