«Համահայկական ճակատ» շարժման առաջնորդի ուղերձը Արցախի հանձնման ու հայաթափման երկրորդ տարելիցի կապակցությամբ

Եղբայրներ և քույրեր, սիրելի՜ հայեր

Այսօր մենք սրտի խոր կսկիծով հիշում ու արձանագրում ենք Արցախի դավադրաբար հանձնման ու հայաթափման երկրորդ տարելիցը։

Հազարավոր հայրենակիցների արյան ու մահվան, աներեւակայելի զրկանքների, տառապանքների, փորձությունների գնով 1994-ի մայիսին ձեռք բերված Հաղթանակի շնորհիվ ավելի քան 12 հազար քառակուսի կիլոմետր տարածքի վրա տարածվեցին Արցախի Հանրապետության իշխանության իրավասությունները։

2020 թվականի ծախված պատերազմի ավարտից հետո, փրկված

3 հազար քառակուսի կիլոմետրի վրա ծվարած Արցախը դեռ չհասցրած ուշքի գալ ու փորձել վերագտնել ապագա կյանքի ուղին, օտարերկրյա հատուկ ծառայությունների օգնությամբ Հայաստանի իշխանությունը բռնազավթած, դրանց գործակալ հանդիսացող ու ծախու առաջնորդի կողմից, 2022 թվականի հոկտեմբերի 6-ին դավադրաբար ճանաչվեց Ադրբեջանի մաս։ Այդ փաստն էլ օգտագործելով, 2023 թվականի սեպտեմբերի 19-ին, Ադրբեջանի զինված ուժերը լայնամասշտաբ հարձակում սկսեցին Արցախի դեմ, որն ավարտվեց սեպտեմբերի 20-ին ավելի քան 120 հազար արցախցիների բռնի տեղահանմամբ, Արցախը թշնամուն հանձնելով, նրա ռազմաքաղաքական ղեկավարությանը գերի վերցնելով։

ԼՂՀ պաշտպանության բանակը երեսուն տարի եղել էր Արցախի անվտանգության երաշխավորը՝ մինչև ատամները զինված լինելով ժամանակակից զենքով և ռազմական տեխնիկայով։ Սակայն, 2023 թվականի սեպտեմբերին, բանակի հրամանատարությունը ենթարկվելով Հայաստանի ծախու իշխանությունների դավաճանական հրամաններին ու կարգադրություններին, իրեն դրսևորեց ոչ պատշաճ, չկարողացավ կազմակերպել ու ղեկավարել Արցախի պաշտպանությունը (չնայած տարբեր ստորաբաժանումներ, մի քանի ուղղություններով, ցուցաբերեցին հերոսության ու հայրենասիրության փայլուն օրինակներ), արժանի հակահարված չտվեց թշնամուն և որպես արդյունք, թշնամուն թողնվեց ավելի քան 6 միլիարդ դոլարի սպառազինություն ու տեխնիկա։

Սակայն, այս երևույթը ժամանակավոր է։ Նույնիսկ, ԵԱՀԿ Մինսկի խմբի լուծարման նպատակով դավադրաբար ստորագրված երկկողմանի դիմումն անզոր է դիմակայելու Արցախի Հանրապետության գոյատևման իրավական սուբյեկտայնությանը, իսկ նիկոլականների կողմից շարունակվող մանիպուլյացիաները, խեղաթյուրումներն ու դավադրությունները ժամանակավոր էֆեկտ ունեն, դրանք անզոր են ճշմարտության դեմ:

Արցախի հարցը փակված չէ։ Ողբերգությունը նրանում է, որ այս մասին խոսում են շատ երկրներ, բացի Հայաստանի կառավարությունից և նրա ծախված ու կոռումպացված իշխանությունից։

Մենք ուժեղ ենք, մենք եղել ենք, կանք ու կլինենք, իսկ նիկոլը, նրա ուսապարկներն ու խամաճիկները՝ թույլ, նրանք չեն եղել, նրանք չկան ու չեն լինի, հետևաբար չեն կարողանալու փակել Արցախի էջը:
