Բացահայտվել է Գյումրիում տեղի ունեցած ծանր հանցագործությունը

Երեկ՝ սեպտեմբերի 18-ին, ՀՀ ներքին գործերի նախարարության ոստիկանության համայնքային ոստիկանության գլխավոր վարչության Մուշի բաժնի ծառայողները ոստիկանության Մուշի բաժնում ստացված հերթական օպերատիվ տեղեկությունների արդյունքում բացահայտել են Գյումրիում տեղի ունեցած սահմռկեցուցիչ հանցագործությունը: Այս մասին հայտնում է Shamshyan.com-ը:

Ոստիկանության Մուշի բաժնում օպերատիվ տեղեկություններ էին ստացվել, որ Մուշ թաղամասի շենքերից մեկի բնակիչը սպանություն է կատարել և սպանվածի մարմինը թաղել է տնից հեռու:
 
Արդեն տեղում Մուշի ոստիկանները համագործակցելով Շիրակի մարզի քրեական ոստիկանության իրենց գործընկերների հետ, ենթադրյալ կասկածյալին հայտնաբերում են և սպանությունը կատարելու հիմնավոր կասկածով տեղափոխում ոստիկանության Մուշի բաժին, որտեղ էլ փաստերի ճնշման տակ կասկածյալը խոստովանում է կատարածը: 

Ֆոտոլրագրողի տեղեկություններով՝ կասկածյալը՝ Գյումրիում բնակվող 30-ամյա Արայիկ Գ.-ն, մարտի 19-ի՝ լույս 20-ի գիշերը, իրենց տանը վիճաբանում է հոր՝ 64-ամյա Գարիկ Գ.-ի հետ, ինչը վերածվում է քաշքշուկի և ավարտվում սահմռկեցուցիչ սպանությամբ, ինչի հետևանքով հայրը մահանում է (նախաքննության շահերից ելնելով որոշ մանրամասներ չենք հրապարակում): 
 
Ֆոտոլրագրողի տեղեկություններով՝ նա հոր մարմինը մեկ օրից ավելի պահում է տանը, փոխում հագուստները, հորը հագցնում նոր շորեր, ապա փաթաթում պոլիէթիլենային տոպրակով, սավաններուվ և հաջորդ օրը գիշերը հոր մարմինը դուրս է բերում տնից և տանում Մուշ թաղամասին հարակից դաշտ ու այնտեղ մի փոքր փոս է փորում, մարմինը նետում փոսի մեջ, հողով ու քարերով փակում, իսկ արյունոտված շորերն ու հանցագործության գործիք դանակը նետում է աղբամանը: 
 
Դեպքի մասին ոստիկանության Մուշի բաժնից տեղեկությունը փոխանցում են ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի Շիրակի մարզային քննչական վարչություն, որտեղից ժամանում է քննչական խումբը՝ վարչության պետ Սահակ Մկրտչյանի, վարչության պետի տեղակալներ Արթուր Մնոյանի, Հովհանես Պողոսյանի և օրվա պատասխանատու հերթապահ քննիչի գլխավորությամբ:
 
Արդեն դեպքի վայրում կասկածյալը նախ շենքի մոտ հայտնում է, թե որտեղ է տեղի ունեցել վիճաբանությունը և սպանությունը, ապա մատնացույց անում՝ ինչպես և ինչ պայմաններում է հոր մարմինը տեղափոխել ու թաղել դաշտում: 
 
Դեպքի փաստով Շիրակի մարզային քննչական վարչությունում «սպանություն» հատկանիշներով նախաձեռնվել է քրեական վարույթ:
