Հայաստանում կրկին ռուսական քարտեր կընդունեն

Զբոսաշրջության ոլորտին գրեթե մեկ տարի լուրջ հարված հասցնելով՝ Հայաստանի գործող իշխանությունների խելքը կրկին եկել է տեղը և հայտարարում են, թե Հայաստանում ռուսական բանկային քարտեր կընդունվեն՝ Ռուսաստանից զբոսաշրջիկների մեծ թվի պատճառով։ Զբոսաշրջության կոմիտեի նախագահ Լուսինե Գևորգյանի խոսքով՝ մեր բանկային համակարգը ներկայումս հարմարեցվում է ռուսական վճարային համակարգի «Միր» քարտերին և QR կոդերով վճարելու հնարավորությանը։

Հիշեցնենք՝ դեռևս 2023 թ․-ին հայաստանյան բանկերը, բացառությամբ VTB ռուսական բանկի տեղական մասնաճյուղի, հայտարարեցին, որ այլևս չեն սպասարկելու ռուսական «Միր» քարտերը՝ կապված ամերիկյան պատժամիջոցների հետ։ Դրանից հետո մի շարք ոլորտներում բավականին լուրջ անկում գրանցվեց, և առաջին հարվածի տակ զբոսաշրջության ոլորտն էր։

Մասնավորապես, 2023 թվականի ռեկորդային 2,3 միլիոն զբոսաշրջիկների դիմաց 2024 թ․-ին Հայաստան է այցելել 2,2 մլն մարդ։ Ընդ որում, 2024 թվականի հունվար–օգոստոս ամիսներին Հայաստան է այցելել 1,48 մլն մարդ։ Այս տարվա նույն ամիսներին զբոսաշրջիկների թիվը փոքր-ինչ ավելի է՝ 1,5 մլն։ Միայն այս օգոստոսին Հայաստան է այցելել 334 հազար զբոսաշրջիկ։ Նախորդ տարվա նույն ամսին Հայաստան այցելած զբոսաշրջիկների թիվը եղել է 301 հազար։

Հայաստան առավել շատ զբոսաշրջային այցելություններ գրանցվել են Ռուսաստանից՝ գրեթե 41%, և բնական է, որ գումարների հիմնական մասը Հայաստանում ծախսում են հենց ռուս զբոսաշրջիկները։ Բազմաթիվ հյուրանոցներ և ռեստորաններ լուրջ վնասներ են կրել «Միր» քարտերը չսպասարկելու հետևանքով, և միայն այժմ հասկացել են, որ հարկավոր է վերականգնել քարտերի սպասարկումը՝ զբոսաշրջային ոլորտը փրկելու նպատակով։
