Ռուսաստանում շարունակում է արգելափակված մնալ ևս 450 հայկական բեռնատար. «Սպայկան» միակը չէ. «Փաստ»

«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է.

Մենք որոշ ժամանակ առաջ տեղեկացրել էինք, որ Ռուսաստանի իրավապահ մարմինները առանց որևէ պատճառաբանության կանգնեցրել և արգելափակել են հայկական «Սպայկա» ընկերության հարյուրից ավելի բեռնատարներ։ Այս առումով «Փաստին» նոր տեղեկություններ են հայտնի դարձել:

Պարզվում է՝ արգելափակված են ոչ միայն «Սպայկա» ընկերության, այլև դեպի Ռուսաստան ապրանք արտահանող մոտ 50 կազմակերպությունների բեռնատարներ: Խոսքն ընդհանուր առմամբ շուրջ 450 բեռնատարի մասին է, որոնք, մեր աղբյուրների փոխանցմամբ, Վերին Լարսի անցակետում տարբեր պատճառաբանություններով, շատ դեպքերում՝ անգամ առանց պատճառաբանությունների արգելափակված են: Արդյունքում բոլոր այն ընկերությունները, որոնց պատկանում են նշյալ բեռները, ահռելի վնասներ են կրում: Բանն այն է, որ միայն բեռնատարների համար նրանք վճարում են օրական մոտ 100 դոլար գումար, չհաշված այն հանգամանքը, որ կան նաև շուտ փչացող ապրանքներով մեքենաներ:

Փորձագետներն այս հանգամանքը բացատրում են մի շարք գործոններով: Դրանք կապված են թե՛ հայկական համապատասխան պետական կառույցների, մեղմ ասած, անբավարար աշխատանքի հետ, թե՛ արտաքին քաղաքական նրբերանգներ ունեն: Մասնավորաբար, կա տեսակետ, որ այս ամենը Հայաստանի արտաքին քաղաքական կողմնորոշման կտրուկ շրջադարձերի պատասխան կարող է լինել: Հիշեցնենք, որ վերջին շրջանում ՌԴ լրատվամիջոցները, փորձագետները, նաև մի շարք պաշտոնյաներ, այդ թվում՝ փոխվարչապետ Օվերչուկը, ուղիղ տեքստով զգուշացրել են այդ մասին։
