Արարատը վերացվում է պետական կնիքներից՝ Բաքվի և Անկարայի թելադրանքով

Օգոստոսի 8-ին Վաշինգտոնում հուշագիր ստորագրելով Միացյալ Նահանգների հետ՝ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը փորձեց ստեղծել ուժեղ առաջնորդի տպավորություն։ Սակայն փաստացի, ինչպես նշում են փորձագետները, հուշագրի իրական արժեքը զրոյական է։ Թրամփի հայտարարած 145 միլիոն դոլարը «Թրամփի ուղու» համար համեստ գումար է, որը ավելի շատ քարոզչական նշանակություն ունի, քան ռազմավարական։ Ինքը՝ Փաշինյանը նույնպես գիտի, որ փաստաթուղթը գործելու է միայն մինչև ընտրությունները՝ որպես ներքին լսարանին ուղղված ցուցադրական քայլ։

Այս ամենին զուգահեռ, կառավարության սեպտեմբերի 11-ի որոշմամբ 2025-ի նոյեմբերի 1-ից Հայաստանի սահմանային կնիքներից ու անձնագրային դրոշմանիշներից կհեռացվի Արարատ լեռան պատկերը։ Որոշումը թաքցվել է «չզեկուցվող հարցերի» ցանկում և անմիջապես արձագանք է գտել թուրքական մամուլում։ «Ենի Շաֆաք»-ը ոգևորությամբ գրել է, թե «Հայաստանը դադարում է համառել», իսկ «Հյուրիեթ»-ը որոշումն անվանել է «բարի կամքի նշան»։

Իշխանությունները պնդում են, թե ոչ մի պարտադրանք չկա, սակայն փաստերն այլ բան են ցույց տալիս։ Թուրքիայի և Ադրբեջանի պաշտոնյաները բազմիցս բարձրաձայնել են Արարատի խորհրդանշական օգտագործման հարցը, և այժմ այդ պահանջն իրականություն է դառնում։

Քաղաքագետ Սուրեն Սուրենյանցի կարծիքով, Արարատը հեռացնելը պետական խորհրդանիշներից քաղաքակրթական ինքնության խմբագրման փորձ է։ Նրա ձևակերպմամբ՝ դա «ՀՀ դելեգիտիմացման վտանգավոր ուղերձ է միջազգային հարթակներում»։ Սեյրան Օհանյանը զգուշացնում է, որ այս քայլը կարող է նախերգանք լինել՝ Արարատը հանելու բոլոր խորհրդանիշներից։ Հայկ Մամիջանյանն էլ ընդգծում է՝ կանխատեսել Փաշինյանի հաջորդ հակահայկական գործողությունը հնարավոր չէ, բայց նման օրինակները ցույց են տալիս նրա անսահման պատրաստակամությունը՝ հաճոյանալու Թուրքիային ու Ադրբեջանին։

Արարատը դարերով եղել է հայ ինքնության առանցքային խորհրդանիշ։ Դրա հեռացումը պետական կնիքներից ոչ թե տեխնիկական որոշում է, այլ արժեքային ու քաղաքակրթական դավաճանություն, որի հետևանքները ծանր են լինելու ինչպես ներսում, այնպես էլ արտաքին հարթակներում։
