Եվրոպական խաբկանքը՝ Փաշինյանի նախընտրական շոուի մաս

Հայաստանի եվրոպական ինտեգրման թեման վերջին ամիսներին Փաշինյանի ձեռքում վերածվել է ոչ թե արտաքին քաղաքական ռազմավարության, այլ ընդամենը նախընտրական գովազդի գործիքի։ Իրականում իշխանությունները չեն կարողացել հասնել նույնիսկ այն մակարդակին, որ պաշտոնապես դիմեն ԵՄ-ին անդամակցության համար։ Դա վկայում է ոչ միայն անհետևողականության, այլև՝ անկարողության մասին։

Որպես եվրոպական ուղեգիծ ներկայացվող հռետորաբանությունը փաստացի չի վերածվում որևէ գործնական քայլի։ Արդյունքում այն մնում է նույն դաշտում, ինչ «խաղաղության պայմանագրի» մասին հայտարարությունները․ խոստումներ, որոնք իրականում ավելի շատ հիշեցնում են քաղաքական խաբեություն ու զիջումների պարտադրանք։

Փաշինյանի կառավարության գործելաոճը լրացուցիչ հաստատում է այս պատկերը։ Բոլոր խոսքերը եվրոպական արժեքների մասին խամրում են, երբ տեսնում ենք, որ իշխանությունները զբաղված են ընդդիմախոսների դեմ ճնշումներով, գործարար և բարերար Սամվել Կարապետյանի և եկեղեցական գործիչների կալանավորումներով և ազատ խոսքի սահմանափակմամբ։ Սա ոչ թե եվրոպականացման ուղի է, այլ ավտորիտար մեթոդների խորացում, որտեղ քաղաքական հաշվարկները վեր են դասվում մարդու հիմնարար իրավունքներից և օրեցոր բանտերը լցվում են քաղբանտարկյալներով։

Այսօր պարզ է դառնում, որ Փաշինյանի ներկայացրած «եվրաինտեգրումը» ոչ թե ռազմավարական նպատակ է, այլ հերթական քաղաքական շոու՝ ընտրությունների շեմին սեփական իշխանությունը վերարտադրելու համար։ Իսկ Հայաստանի իրական խնդիրները մնում են անլուծելի՝ կախվածության, ճնշումների և խաբեության մեջ։
