Ինչո՞ւ է նոր քրեական վարույթ նախաձեռնվել պաշտպանության նախկին նախարարի նկատմամբ. «Փաստ»

«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է.

Մենք տեղեկություններ էինք ստացել, որ նոր քրեական վարույթ է նախաձեռնվել պաշտպանության նախկին նախարար, գեներալ-մայոր Արշակ Կարապետյանի դեմ: Երեկ մենք հեռախոսազրույց ունեցանք Արշակ Կարապետյանի հետ՝ խնդրելով նշել, թե ինչի մասին է խոսքը: Նա հաստատեց այս տեղեկությունը և ասաց, որ պատճառը թե՛ իր քաղաքական ակտիվությունն է ու սուր քննադատությունները Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի հասցեին, թե՛ դեռ իր պաշտպանության եղած նախարար ժամանակ արված քայլերը, որոնք նա «չի մարսում»:

«Պատկերացնո՞ւմ եք զավեշտի աստիճանը, ինձ վրա քրեական գործ են նկարել նրա համար, որ ես, լինելով պաշտպանության նախարար, գնացել եմ Արցախ: Եթե 2021 թվականին Արցախ գնալն ապօրինություն է համարվում, Արցախն ապօրինի տարածք է համարվում, բա 2019 թվականին որ Նիկոլը Քոչարի էր պարում Շուշիում կամ որ Ստեփանակերտում գոռում էր «Արցախը Հայաստան է և վերջ», այն ժամանակ ապօրինի՞ չէր: Հասկանո՞ւմ եք սրանց աբսուրդի աստիճանը, անհեթեթության աստիճանը: Բայց թող Նիկոլը լավ լսի, թող իմանա՝ ես հպարտ եմ, որ գնացել եմ Արցախ, ու վստահ եմ, որ էլի առիթ ունենալու եմ գնալու Արցախ: Ավելին, քրգործերի այս «նկարիչներին», իր գլխավորությամբ, բռնելու ենք ու Արցախում եկեղեցու առջև չոքացնենք»,- մեզ հետ զրույցում ասաց Կարապետյանը:

Մեր զրուցակիցը նաև հավելեց, որ այս իշխանությունները չեն ներվելու. «Իրենց թվում է՝ ներվելո՞ւ են: Ոչ մի դեպքում: Գեներալ Կարապետյանը չի ներելու և պատժելու է, այդ թվում՝ նշյալ բոլոր «նկարիչներին», քանի որ իրենցով Նիկոլը մուրճը ձեռքին ման է գալիս: Ընդ որում, հայկական դրոշն էլ կապել է մուրճին, ու դեռ սրբություններից է խոսում: Ես զինվորական եմ, սովոր եմ տեսնել դրոշի առջև խոնարհում, բայց անհնար է պատկերացնել, որ դրոշը կարելի է կապել մուրճին: Երանի է տալու, որ ամեն ինչ Նեպալի նման ավարտվի»:
