Համայնքում շնչել չի լինում՝ դիմում վարչապետին. «Փաստ»

«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է.

Արարատի մարզի Նորամարգ համայնքի բնակիչներն ամեն օր հարևան աղբավայրից տհաճ հոտ են շնչում։ Հատկապես երեկոյան ժամերին գյուղի որոշ հատվածներում անհնար է լինում անգամ պատուհան բացել։

«Ամռանը շնչել չի լինում, խեղդվում ենք: Երեկոյան ժամերին, երբ քամի է լինում, հոտը տարբեր ուղղություններով է տանում: Մի օր չի, որ դիմանանք, երկու օր չի՝ արդեն մի քանի տարի է՝ էս վիճակն է: Սարսափելի մթնոլորտ է տիրում գյուղում: Վիճակն ավելի է սրվում, երբ աղբանոցն այրվում է»,– «Փաստ» օրաթերթի թղթակցի հետ զրույցում պատմեց Նորմարգի բնակիչ Մուրադ Թորոսյանը:

Նորամարգցիների խոսքով՝ աղբավայրի ծուխը հատկապես վնասում է երեխաներին։ Մուրադ Թորոսյանը 3 տարեկան երեխայի առողջության մասին է մտածում։ Նա անհանգստացած է՝ տիրող գարշահոտությունը կարող է վնասել փոքրիկի առողությունը: Հաճախ նրանց մոտ թունավորումներ են լինում։ Բժիշկները դա նաև աղտոտված օդով են պայմանավորում։

Իսկ աղբի այրման հետևանքով մթնոլորտ են արտանետվում վնասակար և թունավոր նյութեր՝ պատճառ դառնալով քրոնիկ հիվանդությունների սրման և նոր հիվանդությունների ձեռքբերման։

«Շոգին մարդիկ թուլանում են, գլխապտույտ են ունենում, սրտխառնոց: Կարծում են, թե ուտելիքից է, բայց ամեն ինչ հոտից է»,– նշեցին նորամարգցիները:

Երբ ջերմաստիճանը բարձրանում է, Նորամարգը գարշահոտության ամպով է ծածկվում:

Մասիսի տարածաշրջանի և Երևանի աղբի մի մասը տարիներ շարունակ հավաքվում է համայնքի հարևանությամբ գտնվող աղբավայրում։ Բնակիչները մի քանի անգամ իրենց բողոքը ներկայացրել են պատկան մարմիններին, սակայն, ոչ ոք մինչև այսօր դեռ հարցին լուծում չի տվել։

Գյուղացիները դժգոհում են ոչ միայն Մասիսի բնակարանային կոմունալ տնտեսության աշխատակիցներից, այլ Բնապահպանության նախարարության անգործությունից։ Նրանք պատմեցին, որ բողոքելուց հետո, խնդիրը որոշակի ժամանակով կարգավորվում է: Պարբերաբար աղբը, սակայն, այրվում է, և բնակիչները անելանելի վիճակում են հայտնվում։

«Աղբի այրման ժամանակ զանգում ենք՝ գալիս են հանգցնում, բայց մեկ է՝ էդ ծուխը մեզ սպանում է»,– նեղսրտեցին մեր զրույցակիցները:

Ի դեպ, օրեր առաջ Արարատի մարզի բնապահպանության վիճակին անդրադարձավ վարչապետ Կարեն Կարապետյանը: Վերջինիս գնահատմամբ՝ անթույլատրելի բնապահպանական իրավիճակ է ստեղծվել: Նա հանձնարարել է շրջակա միջավայրի աղտոտման դեպքերի վերացման ու դրանց կանխարգելման ուղղությամբ միջոցներ ձեռնարկել:

Նորամարգցիները վարչապետին ու պատկան մյուս մարմիններին հերթական անգամ կոչ են անում իրենց աչքաթող չանել:
