Վաղարշապատում ՔՊ-ի վիճակը չափազանց ծանր է. «Փաստ»

«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է.

Նոյեմբերի 16-ին տեղի կունենան Վաղարշապատ համայնքի ավագանու ընտրություններ: Համայնքի ղեկավար Դիանա Գասպարյանի հրաժարականից հետո ՔՊ-ն որոշեց գնալ արտահերթ ընտրությունների՝ Խոյ խոշորացված համայնքը Վաղարշապատին միացնելու միջոցով: Իշխանությունների հույսն այն է, որ առաջադրելով այդ համայնքի ղեկավար Արգիշտի Մեխակյանի թեկնածությունը՝ նրա ղեկավարած համայնքի բնակավայրերից համապատասխան քվե կստանան: Այս ընտրություններին ՔՊ-ն մոտենում է որպես «կենաց-մահու» խնդրի՝ նախևառաջ այն պատճառով, որ սա համապետական ընտրություններից առաջ վերջին «քննությունն» է:

Սակայն, մեր ուսումնասիրությունները ցույց են տալիս, որ ՔՊ-ի վիճակը չափազանց ծանր է, իսկ հաղթելու հնարավորությունը՝ զրոյական: Բանն այն է, որ նախ՝ Վաղարշապատ համայնքի նախորդ վարչակազմը՝ Դիանա Գասպարյանի ղեկավարությամբ, ձախողել է նույն ՔՊ-ի նախընտրական բոլոր խոստումները, դրանից բացի, վերջինս ու իր հարազատները անցնում են լրջագույն քրեական գործերով:

Մյուս կողմից, մեղմ ասած, միանշանակ չէ Արգիշտի Մեխակյանի հանգամանքը. հանրության գերակշիռ մեծամասնությունը նրան չի ներում, որ լինելով Արցախն ազատագրած հերոսներից մեկի՝ Մեխակ Մեխակյանի որդին, նա միացել է Արցախն ուրացած ու հանձնած Նիկոլ Փաշինյանին: Այսինքն, ինչպես տեղացիներն են նշում, ինքն էլ ուրացել է իր հոր գործը: Այնպես որ, ՔՊ-ի հույսերը, որ նա կարող է կրկնել Խոյ խոշորացված համայնքում երեք տարի առաջվա ընտրությունների արդյունքները, ծայրահեղորեն չափազանցված են: Մյուս կողմից՝ առաջիկա ընտրությունները չափազանց թեժ են լինելու, քանի որ ընդդիմությունն է բավականին մարտականորեն տրամադրված, ու շատ ուժեղ թեկնածուներ են առաջադրվելու: Արդեն իսկ կան տեղեկություններ, որ ընտրություններին մասնակցելու է Վաղարշապատի ավագանու ընդդիմադիր խմբակցության ղեկավար Սևակ Խաչատրյանը, ամենայն հավանականությամբ, «Առաջ» կուսակցությամբ կամ կուսակցությունների դաշինքով: Մասնակցության հայտ է ներկայացրել նաև Արթուր Վանեցյանի «Հայրենիք» կուսակցությունը՝ ի դեմս Արցախյան 44-օրյա պատերազմում զոհված Վաչագան Մանուկյանի հոր՝ բանաստեղծ Խաչիկ Մանուկյանի: Դեռևս չճշտված տեղեկություններ կան, որ առաջին անգամ ուղղակիորեն ընտրություններին մասնակցելու է նաև «ՀայաՔվե» ազգային քաղաքացիական միավորումը: Մեր աղբյուրների փոխանցմամբ, «ՀայաՔվեի» ցուցակը կգլխավորի «Հայրենիքի վահան» ՀԿ ղեկավար, պահեստազորի գնդապետ Գագիկ Հովհաննիսյանը: Միավորումից մեր հարցմանն ի պատասխան նշեցին, որ Վաղարշապատի ընտրությունների հետ կապված առաջիկայում հավել յալ տեղեկություններ կտան:

Մի խոսքով, իրապես թեժ ու ծանր ընտրություններ են սպասվում նոյեմբերի 16-ին, ու ընդդիմադիրները տրամադրված են պարտության մատնել ՔՊ-ին՝ ոչ միայն կրկնելով Գյումրու ընտրությունների օրինակը, այլև ավելի համոզիչ արդյունքներ գրանցելով:
